IHOP

Waitress is rude barely speaks English one of my guests had to repeat scrambled eggs twice before I almost opened google translate to tell her scramble in Spanish. Table dirty kids licking Windows. One bathroom which is disgusting. First and Last Gross!

Great waitress but this place sucks. They can’t do anything. My $ 7 plate ended to be $ 15 plate just because I don’t eat egg yolk. They don’t substitute. Don’t ask. They won’t tell you about the extra charge either. To go prder was slow. Eating here is good if you don’t have anywhere else to go.

Horrible. Just horrible… I hope I don’t get food poisoning… They never clean anything. Silverware or mugs. Always dirty. You have to ask for replacements… Food quality and taste is bland or way too salty… Even though it’s a landmark location. The interior is just too cramped and small. Never enough parking… Just bad overall… I’d rather go to Dennys than this location. And I usually prefer ihop over Dennys. But this store is just horrible. It should be closed down. It’s that bad.

Racist racist racist and low class customer service!!! Trash!!! Don’t ever come here unless you want A Mexican style ihop. JORGE the MANAGER is a RACIST son of a you know what! Pfff Mexican style ihop trash!

Hash Brown smells kind of like when you wet your dog in summer??? That’s the only concern I don’t care about the pancakes! but why but why? The Hash Browns in another locations doesn’t have that problem!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Everything about this place was terrible from the customer service to the food.
Once we finally got seated and got our drinks my 2 year old niece and I were asked to move to accommodate a large party that wasn’t sitting together, talking to each other nor were they paying together. The manager didn’t have the courtesy to come ask me to move instead sent the waitress.
The food God where to start. Everything tasted like it was dipped in Old Butter. Talk about never cleaning their cooking stations. The only thing that tasted remotely ok was the pancakes again the butter on top tasted GROSS. I love butter but not the old stale stuff they were using. I sent the gross eggs, ham, sausages back and forcely ate the hash potatoes and bacon. I asked for a water and NEVER GOT it. The manager didn’t have the courtesy to apologize for the terrible food nor did she remove fees for the returned food. I would have been happy to pay for what I actually ate. In the end rather than waste my time trying to speak to the manager I just paid and left.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at ihop. I am never going to that location again!

Worst place ever to eat! They have cockroaches walking on the table when I told the waitress her answer was oh and walked away, I walked up to pay and mentioned it to the lady at the front desk and she said it’s not true, this never happens!!!
Fuck them and then horrible customer service!

To sum it up these guys are complete A S S H O L E S so my boyfriend and I get there on a Saturday morning wait about an hour to get a table where we barely fit right next to a table with screaming kids that had annoying music on their phone that was on our side of the table. A Couple (2 ppl) left from the both across us as they were sitting 2 girls on tje both in front of that we asked if we could switch tables and the waiter replied with a no when she came back and we asked again she said those tables were reserved for bigger parties (when a couple 2 ppl, had just left the table and 2 other girls were on the booth the same size as this one. They said i would need to wait another hour and put me at the bottom of the waiting list so i simply stood up and left. If u want to feel mistreated and under appreciated as a customer then this is the place to go!

Horrible IHOP. Came here around midnight for a fun late night diner date with my boyfriend and was soooo disappointed. My boyfriend got blueberry pancakes, I got raspberry white chocolate chip pancakes, and we ordered a plate of fries. It was so sad because it all looked great but tasted like freezer food. Our food actually came out pretty quick which makes me feel like it was made a few hour prior and had just sat there until we ordered, that’s the only explanation for it being void of any heat at all.

Sometimes u have to eat at this whack ass establishment and when u do u The idiot security guard tells u to re park after U get out of the car! He could’ve told me while I was sitting in the car, he’s on his phone talking to whoever just waiting for me to get out. Isn’t it common sense U let customers know while theyre sitting in their car to move it?

This is the second time at IHOP and both times we left satisfied. Food came minutes just after ordering. Our waiter tonight, Francisco, was very attentive to our needs. Def way better service/​food than the Denny’s down the street!

I am NEVER coming to this IHOP again. I had a taste for blueberry pancakes and after wrestling through traffic and going against my first mind by going to Dennys. For some strange reason I went to this IHOP. After ordering my meal to go, I sit down and wait. After 10 minutes, I get my food and the attendant tells me the blueberry topping is on the side and pancakes are plain. Why would I order blueberry pancakes if they come out plain? All I said was is that I didnt want the whipped cream or the blueberry sauce on top, but I wanted the blueberries IN the pancakes. I was told I could wait and have them re made, but I had to leave. $ 14 for a meal that wasnt done to my satisfaction. I will just go to McDonalds and buy a 5 dollar deluxe breakfast!

This IHOP is SHIT. horrible service, horrible food. Avoid. Food is stale and in slim portions. Its also a really ghetto area.

I love IHOP.. Food is hot, a nice quiet location, excellent customer service and it’d not over crowded. This place is brand new so come eat and support
