Great Service! They quickly fixed my order! Friendly Staff!

I’ve only been to a few Jack in the Boxes in my life and this was probably my least favorite location. I wasn’t expecting any 5 star restaurant or service, but the location was a bit dingy. We came here for breakfast and the breakfast was what it was. I was sure most locations food tasted the same so I wasn’t judging this Jack in the Box on that. The service was fine as we encountered no troubles, just that a few folks here were a bit suspect.

What does it mean we dont take orders right now via drive through??? Its 6:36 pm in the evening?!

I was excited when I first moved to LA because I had heard so much about this place, but after going a few times (mostly after midnight) I’m pretty disappointed. I know it’s like beating a dead horse, it’s a fast food joint what did I expect? But when I’d rather go to McDonald’s or Burger King that kind of tells you something. On the positive side there’s parking, a drive thru and they’re open 24 hours. The two tacos for $ 1 are always tempting, despite their quality, and the staff has always been polite. It’s just your average run of the mill fast food joint.

Nice service but the have to do something about that people who come to the restaurant just for one coffee and they use all the tables. And they also brought some food from outside come on.

Short and sweet… #12 medium my fries weren’t even a full order. I’m missing a chkn strip and they are literally almost the size of chicken nuggets AND my bacon cheddar wedges… NO bacon … at least they stocked me up on a year supply of taco sauce and ranch… REALLY?!

Drive thru is a pain. Always check your order before driving off. Paid for tacos that I didnt even receive.

Always get the Teriyaki bowl or the Jacks Spicy Chhicken with Curly Fries I just love their curly, so crispy and seasoned. Today I decided to try their Egg Rolls man it was good.

When it comes to burgers, you can definitely come and get your burgers here at Jack in The Box. Bacon Ultimate chicken burger was really good, the bacon was there and the whole package was really amazing.
You can never find burgers like this in town except here at Jack in The Box.
The shakes were nice too and I had coffee here twice and it was like «Great». No wonder my boss always have his coffee from Jack in The Box.

Bacon ultimate burger has this ultimate great taste. It was packed with cheese and extra size beef patty. Plus the amazing bacon, this burger satisfied me. The strawberry shake was also fine, I guess I had much better but this one is above average so Its just a okay.
Nothing to mention about their place and staff. Still the same staff, they don’t love their job, they doesn’t even care about their place.

I ordered combo 21 ‘loaded breakfast sandwich’ .
Sandwich is too salty.

Whoa… Buttery Jack was AMAZING!!!

The service at this location is always excellent. They always ask you if you want any sauce with you food, always friendly and very kind.
I really enjoy that they ask you «how was your visit today».
The only thing that I don’t like about this location is the exit of the drive through. It’s so strange, it’s on the sidewalk about 3 feet from the corner light, making it almost impossible for you to exit without almost hitting a car.

Jack in the crack in the heart of K Town. If you complain about greasy fast food and the workers who probably hate their lives enough as is in a freaking Jack in the Box, I’d hate to hear your rants on a buffet. (You have to WALK to your food!!!) Oh a. nd their 2/​$ 1.00 tacos are to die for. Figuratively and heart burn wise.

There are three jack in the box fast food restaurants on my way to work and this one by far was the best costumer service.
The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They know me already although the area is a bit shady and the costumers are mainly homeless. It’s always clean and food is fresh.
I always get coffee here. Tasty and hot.

The location is as clean as you would expect for the area and service was quick. However, they need to do something about people just loitering around. Most of the tables were taken when I was there by people who looked like they had no intention of buying anything or leaving anytime soon now that they were done with their meal.

Where else can you go at 4 AM if you have a craving for tacos, oreo shakes, stuffed jalapeños, curly fries, chicken fajita pitas, mini churros, and ultimate cheeseburgers?
There’s only one place.
I’m surprised this place only gets 2.5 stars. This ain’t The French Laundry, you bourgeois fucks. Go there if you want to avoid shitty service and panhandlers. What the fuck else do you expect from a place that’ll sell you two tacos for a buck at 4 AM?
How can you rate this place anything but 5 stars? Even if they fuck up your order, THAT’S TO BE EXPECTED AT A FAST FOOD JOINT. Check your order before you drive off, you dolt. You think with the prices they charge that they can hire the future scientists and engineers of our world? NO… so CHECK your order before you take off, otherwise YOU’RE THE FUCKING MORON.

Definitely the worst fast food experience available inside the loop. Slow. Dirty. Disgusting. Rude employees. I’m not classist or anything, in fact I take on many pro bono cases for the indigent, but I don’t want to have the shit bugged out of me for quarters while I wait for fries. Seriously. Pick your battles. If you find a guy looking annoyed at life — don’t ask him for money. Brilliant.
I said spicy chicken sandwich dammit! Why would I pay 4 bucks for a regular! Its open 24 hours and I dont have high expectations, but for real!

The self-​serve kiosk is your friend… when it works. This is because the ordering line moves at a glacial pace.
I take my food to go. The interior is very dirty and dingy. And yes, the occasional bum will stop by to panhandle you while inside.
Watch the blind exit onto 5^th St near the drive-​thru menu board.

It’s across the street from my job, they know me by name, not that I go there all the time, I think because of my ID badge. I really like to eat here, but to go it’s perferct. I use the Kiosk all the time and they always give me my order the way I ordered it., very friendly staff and clean, now if only the clientle wasn’t so loud, stinky and scary sometimes.
