I am so happy that this food truck comes to our lot as we are totally out of the way and no food joints near by or in sight :(
The selection of breakfast enchiladas, spinach omelet, breakfast tacos, pupusas and avena (oatmeal) are always a good start to our day. The Señora and Señor’s cheerful attitude even on a rainy day makes the food we order a bit more enjoyable too :)
Today, I ordered the chicken enchilada, it was delicious and divine, wrapped in delicious soft shell and blanketed with a yummy salsa verde and grated cheese with a dollop of sour cream… ahh delish!
Delicious food and affordable — what else can u ask for?
