Mr Squirrel has chosen an unusual location for his taco stand. It’s a quiet little street without much foot traffic. I don’t know how he stays in business but the al pastor is decent and the carne asada is pretty good.
The thing that really makes him stand out is the guacamole. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s chunky and oniony and has a bit of a kick and I had two cup fulls before my tacos were even ready. It’s the kind of thing that you could drink by the glass. It was amazing!
