This is a great place to eat. Great Value for the food they service. The Variety is amazing, and the people that work there are very helpful. Good Choice if you are looking for Healthy food as well. The Mac & Cheese is the only thing my kids complained about since it was pre-made and was mushy.

Love the food and never had a problem before but last time I went the girls cashier was extremely rude. I had never seen such a rude cashier in my life

The people here are its greatest asset. Not kidding, cause the three different time I’ve been here, the staff is always the most friendly, accommodating, helpful and cool. Honestly, I’ve had just a few things here, and they have such a deep bench of a menu, that it’s almost premature to say Hey Go Here. Fortunately, Lemonade doesn’t need me to tell ya. However, I’ve tried an enjoyed: Their menu is tough to pull up online, so I’m going purely by memory… lol, you’ve been warned! I like the Chili. Simple, hearty, a bit of bite, and at about $ 4 or $ 5, a good deal. Meaty enough, not overly-tomatoey. I think it was turkey, it may have been chicken. The Butternut Squash Soup: Good, if a bit sweet. Vegan, gluten free, too. I really tasted a bit too much sweetness, although the autumn flavors still shine through. The Lemonade(duh). They will generally give you a taste of just about anything here, and that includes the bounty of beverages. I tried a few, and loved them all The Guava Limeade and the Blood Orange and yes, the Cucumber Mint all were memorable. Now the biggest drawback here, I’d say, is it’s kinda loud. Or maybe I’m deaf. But, at the food counter area, I had a tough time hearing through the sneeze-glass what the answers were to my pesky questions. Either way, the folks here didn’t bat an eye. They were happy to make things sweet enough to want to come back.

I like coming here for their«portions» of salads/veggies, which if you get two, makes a cheap lunch for the area(under $ 7). I am a big fan of the cauliflower. They also make a pretty good vegetarian chili, which is amazing with their pretzel bun. I’m not a fan of their cupcakes, but their coconut cake is moist and tasty, and the macarons are huge! The line usually moves pretty quickly, especially if you are just there for soup or braise, you can move forward in the line.

I had a chicken sandwich that was good but I don’t think it’s worth the prices they charge considering there are other great sandwiches in the same area. I would return to try out other things on the menu, but as far as this visit the sandwich was okay but not something I’d return for.

I stumbled into the Flower Street location of Lemonade when I had the flu and on the hunt for some healthy, comfort food that’ll nurse me back to health. You can guess by the name that Lemonade specialises in intricate lemonade flavourings. I went for the peach ginger which was perfectly balanced; wonderfully sweet with just enough kick! The queue was mind-numbingly long and I panicked a little when I finally got close enough to see the counter where I took and the gentlemen asked me what I would like from a selection of about twenty complex bowls of food. I bowed out and moved along the queue until the next section of meat, then broths and then finally was able to peer around the people in front of me to get a head’s up on the soup options. To wait that long just to get soup was pretty horrendous and I could totally empathise with the smartly dressed people in suits behind me tapping their feet. I chose some incredible tomato soup. The bread was a let down with a selection of fancy freshly baked rolls on the soup counter yet the one I was presented with was a flimsy slice from the back room. I would have gladly paid extra for the hot, crusty rolls guys! Also, I would have definitely ordered a larger portion size of soup if there was an option, it just wasn’t enough to fill me up making me stop off at Starbucks for a sandwich later. A simple solution of being able to view all of the items at the start of the queue would have saved making rushed decisions when being faced with a guy behind a cash register.

This place is overrated. I have no idea why there are so many stores. The food is bland and overpriced. All of it. I appreciate the healthy aspect, but shoot, add a little salt. Also, the lemonade is meh.

I have been coming here for some time now. Never got around to writing a review but it is time! The food here is «different» than what most people expect. They have fresh made sides with different and unusual combinations that work. They all taste very good and are healthy as well. Their sandwiches are also great. I have had the Pesto and the Tijuana. I personally prefer the Tijuana but both are amazing. You can get them with a lemon greens salad or with a soup(both for extra charge). The interior of this place has plenty of seating but during lunch if gets real busy. Also, if you are not getting any of their small sides and just need soup or sandwich you don’t have to wait in line and just go to the hot food section. Try their lemonades(hence the name) for sure. They have pineapple cilantro, cucumber lemon and many other combinations. All are tasty to me. If you are in the area during the week and can stop by this place for lunch, I suggest you do. Enjoy!

I usually go to the Lemonade in Pasadena but this one is near my workplace. It’s located in an underground food court. Yes, Lemonade is pricey and I don’t come often. It’s still one of my favorite places to my wallet’s despair. I’m a picky eater and I don’t really like red or white meat which is why the food selection here makes me happy. It’s mostly vegetables, cooked in a creative way. I always get the avocado and tomato salad. You pick a series of sides. There ‘s a price range for how many sides you get. 3 sides are about 11 bucks. It may sound pricey, which it is, but the workers always make sure to really stuff the box. The soups and bigger portions have their individual prices and not included with the side prices. Make sure to grab a cup of their famous lemonade here. Blood orange Lemonade is still my number one although they have seasonal flavors too. Their lemonades have really unique flavors like cucumber lemonade, which I never have had but just saw. There’s usually a long line here so I only come before or after lunch time because I really don’t want to wait half an hour for some food.

Granted, Lemonade is on the pricier end of your standard lunch fare. However, when you’ve got a craving for short rib, this place will definitely fulfill your stomach’s wishes! There’s usually a long line snaking around the corner from the entrance, but somehow I was able to slip inside before the line started to grow. Yay for me! Anyway, let’s talk about the truffle short rib slider, a.k.a., my soul mate in a meal. WHOA. I already love the miso short rib(thanks to the bf for making our mutual acquaintance hehe), but when you add truffle mac n’ cheese? That’s just crazy! Crazy goodness, that is. Yes, it can get messy. But trust me — swoon!!! ;)

If you’re willing to wait in line for the food, it’s good but a bit pricey. I only eat here if I’m willing to drop $ 13 on my lunch. One day I walked by and there was nobody in line(shocker!) so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. The people behind the counter were very nice and let me try anything I wanted. They told me how to order, what was their favorite, etc. Under the lights the food doesn’t look too appetizing, but you just have to TRY it and you’ll see why this place is always busy! Sometimes I’ll just wait in line for an Arnold Palmer($ 3). SO refreshing! I can see why they named this place Lemonade.

Every day at lunch, this place is always has a huge line and I don’t have the patience to wait online especially if I’m not sure how it works. Today, however, I went early and there was no line so I got to look at everything and take my time. A lot of the marketplace items didn’t look or sound appealing at all but I took a chance on the pear and parsnip«Waldorf» salad, which was quite tasty. I also got a small order of the truffle mac and cheese, which was good. I did get a taste of the regular mac and cheese to compare it to and figured if I was going to pay $ 4 for mac-n-cheese, I should go for the high-end version. :) Another item I purchased was the potato leek soup. It was delightfully fragrant and had a good mouth feel. The only disappointment was the buttermilk baked chicken sandwich. It was good, not great. The pretzel bun was disappointingly flat and chewy. Totally not worth $ 6.50 for that thing. Overall, if I decide to eat there again, it will probably be for the drinks(I’m told their lemonades are good) and possibly the soup again. eta: The staff was super nice, explaining to me how it all worked in terms of ordering.

We have lunch here often because it’s downtown and close to the office, every time we go they have new and creative items on the menu which is great and makes it a place you can visit often without getting tired of having the same old things. They have several lemonade drinks, hence the name. My personal favorite is the blueberry mint. The sandwiches are great and there are lots of sides to pick from, they also have pasta and soup and really good mac n’ cheese. It gets pretty crowded around lunch time but the line moves fast. It can be a bit pricey to eat here often, it’s always over $ 10. There isn’t a whole lot of seating and at lunch time it fills up quickly.

I come here for a quick and simple lunch during work lunch hour. I usually get a combination of the 3 portion ready-made salads. It’s good price and fresh. Can’t complain.

Upon arrival I was a little confused by the menu. I think everything is pretty much al-a-carte added together and charged as separate items. I probably should have read the Unilocal before I arrived and held up the line. The line moves very quick as most people I saw were only getting one or two salad items. The portions are very small about 4×4. The server here was not very helpful. I said I wanted an ahi salad, but I suppose I either didn’t make separate selections because she ended up serving me just a piece of Ahi Tuna on a plate and nothing else. I reiterated that I had wanted a salad but since the tuna was already at the bottom in the middle of the plate I just didn’t bother. So I sat down at the table and ate my $ 7.00 portion of Ahi Tuna. It was good, small, but good. Tuna was seared great and the sauce was delicious. This place is good, but the portions are very small for the price. Its nice inside, but for me personally, there are too many other options on Bunker Hill. I give this place a second change and try the lemonade only as it seems to have better reviews than the food.

Lemonade is the name not salad or food i have labeled weird shit. Upon glancing at the foods, I passed. It looks disgusting, and it smells disgusting. After all, us men are visual-first and scent second. However the lemonade and drinks!!! Four stars! The cucumber mint is delicious. If you are a cucumber fan, you will enjoy this flavor. Although it is too sweet for me… On a 80 degree winter Los Angeles Day… nothing can taste better. But for $ 3+ per 24 ounces. OUCH!!!

The food isn’t good here. The chicken was over cooked and my side dishes were quite small/insufficient for the price I paid. I was really disappointed with this meal and I felt slightly sick after. I’m not sure if the food was slightly not cooked well… not heated correctly. Hopefully it’ll be better run in the future. The staff is pretty nice. But it doesn’t make up for the underwhelming food quality.

If you’re a Lemonade n00b, here’s the process so you don’t drive the people in line crazy. Figure out if you’re 1) eating here or to go then 2) how many portions you want and optionally 3) if you want any meat or fish entrée portions. You can ask for samples of the prepared stuff but be cognizant of the line behind you. The serving sizes are regulated so don’t be difficult. Once you tell them your selections, they’ll scoop it up and give you your container with a ticket. Move along to the left. If you’re getting a soup or something, order it at the next stretch, or move to the end of the line behind the people waiting to pay. As far as the food goes, all the premade stuff tastes vaguely similar, and are mostly cold veggies tossed together. I’ve basically tried them all and my current go-to items are the spicy pineapple chicken with green beans and roasted butternut squash with what tastes like cornnuts. I also like the broccoli with chiles. The tuna and salmon aren’t fantastic and neither are the mac n cheeses, but the truffle mac is slightly better than the regular. I’ve never tried the sandwiches or the braises. As for their desserts, the macarons are not real macarons, just gigantic gloppy wannabes. If you must have one, the pistachio is the most palatable, though it’s way too sweet. Try the blueberry mint lemonade, it’s my favorite out of their flavors. Come early or late because the line around noon is out the door and people take their sweet ass time ordering!

I’ve been to other lemonades like at Venice Beach and Newport and Manhattan Beach. This location was quite different for me because it was in a food court/plaza type of place. It was super small and the food didn’t seem too fresh. Maybe because there wasn’t a lot of people so they didn’t refill the food as often. The worker that took my order didn’t seem too friendly or happy… I think I prefer the other locations I’ve been to…

I used to frequent this place, but I really think you get sucked in by their healthy appearance more than the food itself. The«hot» food and braises are all mediocre and room temperature. The pasta in their mac and cheese is always overcooked, and their«healthy» salads are always doused in oily sauces. On top of that, their sandwiches take forever to arrive. Beyond that, it’s expensive for a small amount of food. I gave this place a ton of tries, but I just can’t say it’s worth the money. Also, I really don’t think the food itself is very healthy at all.
