I found it is odd to find somewhat traditional Japanese breakfast there. I had some omelet, cream cheese, lox and bagel. Cappuccino was tasty and service was nice but I couldn’t get over the Japanese breakfast, that’s why I am giving them four stars.

Good job! Solid service. Traditional meals — appropriately sized portions. The group was pleased with their entrée selections and the shared calamari appetizer!

The only thing better than the food was Rehan. Rehan was very caring and attentive to our daughters need to be gluten free, and did it in a way to make her feel good. The prices are what to be expected at a hotel, but the service and food quality made it well worth it. Be sure to ask for Rehan’s section.

Stayed at the Westin for the night and I was super hungry so of course I had to hit the buffet. The breakfast buffet was ok… Nothing special stood out. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausages, yogurt, etc. It’s your typical breakfast food at a not so typical breakfast food price. The service was great they always made sure that my drinks were filled and regularly checked up on us. If you’re ever in the area I would suggest going outside the building. There are so many good brunch locations in the area. But if you can’t wait to eat like me, then just take the elevator downstairs and your breakfast is ready!

Whenever I stay at the Westin Bonaventure, I love to come here for breakfast! They have a really good and huge selection — cereal, fresh pancakes, custom-order omelettes, fruit, etc etc, The service is always amazing as the waiters and waitresses are helpful and accommodating. They’re also really nice — it isn’t uncommon to see at least one of them just talking to a guest by themselves or to a whole table. They are always very upscale, too. I had a friend staying with my group in the hotel room for just a night and all of us went here for breakfast the next morning. When we got there and were seated, she found out she didn’t have enough money so she went without. However, after I came back to the table she had a cup of orange juice in her hand and mentioned that«Oh, that waiter over there saw I was sitting here with no food so he offered me a cup of orange juice anyways». My favorite things from the buffet are the Miso Soup(the best I’ve ever had, mind you! It has huge tofu chunks) and the Denver-style scrambled eggs. My boyfriend doesn’t enjoy the eggs too much, as he says they’re just an egg mix which I agree but don’t mind it as much, so that is the second thing I would say rates it lower. The other thing is the crazy price — yes, of course you can fill your plate to your hearts content plus have unlimited coffee and orange juice and water refills. And, the food is delicious. HOWEVER, $ 58 dollars for two people?! TWO?! Wow. And, of course a tip isn’t included. So, because of the price, whenever my boyfriend and I are staying at the Westin from now on we’re going to either go to Cap’n Lee’s Seafood or the place right next to it in the mini-mall-esque levels if we’re having breakfast in the hotel.

$ 30 for breakfast, before tip! This buffet made plenty of money of me this morning. I asked two people for a waffle, but the answer was no. I was under the wrong impression and should have ordered off the menu. The bacon, all of the bacon was burnt and carbon-colored. The fruit was underripe and full of inedible parts of the melons and pineapple. Really, this place is not worth it!

My girlfriend wanted to eat @ Bonaventure lobby and I agreed to go with her. $ 19.95 lunch buffet Monday-Friday. I seriously didn’t know they had lunch buffet. Not too many selections but everything is very fresh. There are salad bar, 4 different soups(chicken, asparagus, tomato basil and lentil), turkey with all the fixings, rolls, fruits, veggies and freshly baked cookies. They also have olive, cheese, artichoke, garlic bread, curry salad, shrimp cocktail and sardine. I was disappointed to see turkey was the only meat there. I don’t know how many people work there but everyone is so friendly and helpful. My waiter is wonderful and attentive. Well not everyone… some lady was kinda cranky when I asked the name of the restaurant lol Located at the hotel lobby, Lakeview Bistro is perfect for business meeting. 3 stars! Lakeview Bistro is kinda yummylicious!

above expectations for a hotel restaurant. the menu has no many choices, just don’t hesitate to pick this burger.
