I expected this place to be really good since everytime I passed by, it was filled with people and their pictures of the food looked promising. I wanted to try the raw beef wraps for a whole because the picture looked really good.
Pictures are deceiving. the rice balls were a lot smaller than the picture and there was no pear in the raw meat. Also what made matters worse is that there was something hard in my food that would’ve chipped a tooth. I just had to spit out all the food that was in my mouth into a napkin. Totally killed my appetite.

I’ll give this place 3.5 stars because it was SO affordable!
I frequent the Galleria Mall food court quite often, but this restaurant has never before caught my eye. What stood out today was this HUGE colorful banner screaming out $ 3.99 (see photo).
The $ 3.99 lunch special was for the hwe dup bap. I’m not going to say it was the world’s best hwe dup bap, but it was a generous portion, had lots of fresh veggies and some raw fish on top (although not THAT much). But it was good enough for me especially at that price.
I would go back!
**This is not a booth, but an actual restaurant with it’s own seating area inside. It is on the opposite side of the Chinese sit down restaurant.

OMG! Don’t even go there!!! I had the raw fish with mixed vegetables yesterday and it smell like fungus. I just thought it might be a smell of something else, but until now, I’m hugging my toilet.
