Jollibee

This dive has been out of mashed potatoes and spicy chicken for over a week. does it really need to be imported from the Philippines? Remodel looks nice but quality has receded.

So today I bought two buckets of the 6 piece chicken, the total amounted to $ 20.69
Is it just me or has this Jollibee raised its prices? For a dozen pieces of chicken, I shouldn’t be paying more than 20 dollars. If I knew the pricing was so high I would have gone to Popeyes where they ALWAYS have a $ 6 box for 5 pieces. I understand now why my family doesn’t bring home Jollibee as much.
I couldn’t even include the Ube shake my grand mother wanted because the regular size was already $ 4.39 plus tax. This is ridiculous, you may be located in America, but you’re pricing doesn’t have to change or compete.
Honestly doubt I’ll ever be coming back.

They renovated the place and it looks nice. Food always taste good. My favorite is Chickenjoy and spaghetti. I noticed portions for the spaghetti is more.
service has improved, counter service is now good.

I enjoyed my food I love this place, my favorite is the hamburger steak minus the egg… food was good I would have gave more stars but it seem like it took forever for me to receive my food. Customer service was good though… will I return hmmmm we shall see lol

I always go here whenever I buy groceries every week or so. I am always warmly greeted by the friendly staff and the food is good! This place is inside a mall so it is very busy but service is still top notch!

I just felt bad when I asked the server to please change my two sides into rice instead and she picked up the two sides and threw them and gave me the replacement which are rice. I think that’s not right because if I were in her position I would just give two rices as «let us say» a compliment instead of taking the two sides and just put them in the garbage. I think that would even impress me and appreciate her I’m not sure if that’s their company policy but if so then I guess you guys might want to evaluate your policy. Thanks

I am not sure I want to come back here anymore. I was the first in line, they rang up my order and thought cool, I beat the rush. I was wrong though. They prepared the orders after me first, and watched as they released them one by one. So I stood there calmly as they released 7 more orders. Finally they prepared mine and instead of releasing, they prepared another one. So I walked over and asked for my order. They finally gave mine and yes I checked, they got missed out my rice order. So I don’t know, I’ll direct my cravings somewhere else.

Great little place to get some flavorful fried chicken that surprisingly does feel as greasy as other fast food places. Great prices, usually quick lines, and good food.

The fried chicken barely has any meant. Mostly skin and fried batter. Mashed potatoes with gravy was fair. The rice was well cooked and tasted good with gravy. My kid enjoyed the spaghetti with sausages. Remodeled dining area is awkward with stools. Pineapple juice was good. Construction while open… Seriously; you could not have waiting after closing or before opening.

Solid and dirt cheap place to come experience Filipino style fried chicken… aka fried chicken with gravy. Their combos, as mentioned above, are cheap with a two-​piece with a side and gravy for under $ 5. The chicken is actually very good here. The skin is crispy and the meat juicy. The included gravy really takes the chicken over the top in terms of richness but it is definitely not for everyone. The side options are just ok. Most pinoys want rice, I usually go with mashed potatoes or corn… neither of which is anything special. Other good dishes to try are the spaghetti, which is unique and different if you’ve never had the filipino version and pancit.

all jolleybees taste just about the same… this one is in inside of the mall, seating is pretty small… the staff seems unfriendly to other race… so if ur not Filipino, they won’t care as much… maybe it was a bad day…

Family went to Cali for the weekend and was excited to go to Jollibee. I’ve always enjoyed a good meal at Jollibee because of the way they make the crispy fried chicken with gravy and the sweet spaghetti that I often order when I’m in Cali. Unfortunately, my experience this time around wasn’t too great. It was the first stop we hit up after driving 6 hours; at this point we were starving and tired.
I’m giving this review a 3 star mainly cause of service. It’s great that they greet customers kindly but when it comes to getting the orders down right they tend to screw it up. How can you mess up such an easy order combination that is often served on a regular basis every day? I’m not usually annoyed by this but when it happens to you twice in a row from the same place it gets irritating.
They just need to be a little bit more organized when it comes to giving the ordered food to the right customers especially the to go’s and actually pay attention to what they’re giving out in the combos are all there and not missing some of the food that comes with it.

It’s Jollibee. It’s over priced Filipino fast food. Even the dessert is expensive. I would rather just have it when I go back to Pinas. Or even make it myself. The food is alright there are better friend chicken. And of course you can make your own sweet spaghetti. I would go back only if someone told me to get them something and they pay for it.
The good thing about the place is that the workers are friendly and polite. Other than that I would rather just buy something from Seafood City and make it at home. Even make it better.

I never really liked jollibee because I didn’t know what to order. I didn’t know that it was all about their fried chicken with gravy and the sweet filipino spaghetti.
I gotta say it’s pretty good and I sometimes crave it when I’m in the area.
We usually get the 19.99 family pack with 6 piece chicken, spaghetti and 3 mango and jackfruit pies kinda like the mcDs Apple pie. I think it’s for 3 people but my husband and I can clean it up very nicely!

Sweet spaghetti, crispy fried chicken, aloha champ burger and peach mango pie. These are their best sellers and depending on your taste buds, you will probably love them.
Located in Eagle Rock Mall, it can be crowded and noisy but fast moving kind of joint. Skinny Filipinos serve and are always friendly.

Okay place for breakfast and a family dinner. Not my cup of tea, but apparently popular in the Filipino community. I’ve only had the mango/​peach pie here for breakfast and its delish!

Spaghetti, chicken were delicious for dinner. Was craving for Jollibee so I’ve decided to have dinner here.
Service was alright. Great place to hang out with friends at Eagle Rock Plaza.
Parking: Plenty of parking since it is inside the Eagle Rock Plaza
I highly recommend you to try this place out. Delicious food since I was craving it.

Chickenjoy with rice never disappoints.
Well-​suited for us taste-​wise, and price-​wise! Tastes a little different from the Jollibee back home, but tastes much better than most of the chicken chains in the US.
What I miss: practice of dipping our fried chicken in gravy (and shamelessly pouring some more on our rice…) — something I’m not embarrassed to do at Jollibee!

N4 is all I need to know. Their Pancit Palabok is so good! For such a cheap $ 5.99 you get Pancit Palabok and their Joy chicken. Not gonna lie, that fried chicken leg was great, crispy, juicy and tasty. It’s like a lunch box of happiness — fried chicken, and noodles with pork and shrimp and lemon juice oozing it up.
I would come here anytime, definitely make an exception to the fast food rule for this place.
Even their other offerings looked tasty. I hear they cook up a mean breakfast. And their rice is the perfect kind of rice: white and sticky.

This place is located inside the eagle rock plaza lower level right across from the seafood city supermarket. This is a filipino fast food restaurant. Cheap affordable yummy food. You can dine in or take out. They have a pretty decent amount of tables and seats. Seems to be crowded in here.
I usually come here for their chicken. They make pretty darn good fried chicken called chicken joy. I love ordering their 6 piece bucket for 7.99. When you order their chicken they always give you a side of gravy for a dipping sauce. They also have pretty decent sides. They have french fries, mashed potatoes, and of course steamed rice. IMO I like it. Tasty for the price.
You can also order the filipino version of spaghetti. Instead of the american way of making spaghetti with meatballs they have cut up filipino hot dog and they put sugar mixed in with the spaghetti sauce which IMO is what makes this dish so bomb and unique!!! I think filipino spaghetti is greater than american spaghetti any day of the week.
I also had the chicken sotanghon. This is a filipino soup dish. First time trying this and it was super flavorful. They have this yummy broth with diced up chicken and thin noodles. I was expecting a full boiled egg in my soup but to my dismay I got not half but just a tiny slice of egg in mine. Other than that this soup was surprisingly great!
They have filipino desserts here as well. The only dessert I tried here was the halo halo. It’s basically shaved ice with ice cream, sweet beans and jack fruit. It’s delicious. They have another dessert which consists of bananas, but I have not tried that yet.
They also have hamburgers as well, but of course jollibee is best known for their chicken joys!!! I believe they serve filipino style breakfasts all day here as well. Breakfasts are basically spam, tocino, different types of meat with garlic fried rice and egg.
If you’re ever in this area whether you be filipino or not. If you love chicken you’ll love this place. Super super cheap too!
