20 minutes wait for a sandwich on a Monday lunch time is not acceptable. As much as the crew was trying to work it out, it all seemed totally disorganized. to make it worse half of my sandwich was missing. where are the tomatoes and where are the onions guys?

my first run to Jersey Mike’s and they did NOT disappoint! I have heard a lot about them and how amazing they are, blah blah blah. But you know when people hype up a place too much, when you finally try it, it never lives up to the hoopla. Except in this case. I have been back three time since and tried three different sandwiches. oh. my. gosh. My taste buds were dancing. I am on a mission to try everything on this menu at least once!

This was the first time I tried Jersey Mike’s and it won’t be the last.
The Manager and the 2 guys working there went out of their way to make sure
that my sub was exactly the way I wanted it! besides being very entertaining!!!
The quality is much better than subway and I would recommend this place for
a great experience.

I was surprised that I was treated like a customer at a 5 star restaurant by Chetoi. He was extremely nice and not only did he always have a smile on his face, he checked in on me and my party three times to make sure everything was going well and the food was up to par, which it definitely was

What can I say that I haven’t already… it’s the bomb diggty!!! This start to a regular in our rotation. Here I’m sure that I’ll get my sandwich just the way I like unlike the other night at the El Segundo location when we had a little hiccup still waiting on a call about fixing the mistake. Thanks Wilshire Location I can always count on you!

Don’t listen to the haters. Staff bent over backwards to make sure we had what we ordered. The only sub shop I know of that does a proper Philly cheese steak sub. Yum. All the cold subs are the best.

By far my favorite place to go for a well priced deli sandwich. For cold subs I usually get the turkey and swiss or the turkey roast beef sandwich. The bread is always very soft and fresh tasting. I usually ask them to scoop out the inner bread since I’ve been watching my carbs, but it still has a fluffy taste. The pastrami and steak sandwiches are by far the best hot sandwiches available. The employees are always very friendly and make the sandwiches as neat as possible so they don’t spill all over the place when I bite into them. I probably come here 3 times a week and it is a great place.

Forget Subway sandwiches! These guys cut their deli meats abs cheese as you order your sandwich. Fresh bread, tasty, simple.

Much better than Subway in my opinion. I like that this location has accessible parking. I don’t know any of the employees names but there is a guy who is always pleasant. Only gripe is it takes some doing to get the order right whether you order there or call it in something always has to be redone. It’s ok though we will be back.

It’s a sandwich; I get it. But these sandwiches are superb. I know it’s a chain; I don’t care. Mike’s way is the only way, btw. I like the original Italian. They also have TVs that play NFL & ESPN. Good thinking, Mike.

TERRIBLE! I highly recommend avoiding this particular location. The staff is rude, inhospitable, and incompetent. They show no interest in fixing their mistakes nor do they take responsibility for them.
If that wasn’t bad enough the restaurant was filthy. There were crumbs everywhere and trash littered the floor.
This place is a poor excuse for a dining establishment. Spend your money, and time elsewhere.
Oh yeah, let’s not forget the cherry on top-​parking is terrible
UPDATE:
I’ve amended my rating since the franchise’s owner personally reached out and apologized. He told me that he will look into the matter. To me that shows a good character who has the potential to turn the restaurant around. I sincerely hope he can do so.

I’ve been to the location in the West Hollywood Gateway & also the one on Vine.
Once you eat here you’ll never eat at Quiznos or Subway again! Everything is so fresh & prepped so perfectly & the service is outstanding!
The service & food is consistent at BOTH locations. I can’t say enough positive things about these locations & they’re a must have!!! Best subs in town!!! ;)

I don’t know hot to explain it but this has always been my absolute favorite places for sub sandwiches. Nothing can best jersey mikes! This place on top of it all has the best service ever.
I usually get the turkey provolone and of course jersey mikes way, no other way! The jersey mikes way is the best option to get here. The flavors of the different herbs mixed with the oil and vinegar just makes my mouth water every time I think about it.

Went there the other day and was very happy that I did. Inside they have music playing and two tvs hanging on the walls. Got the «hot sub» and it was one of the best cheese steak sandwiches that I ever had. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I’m going back and already have my next sub in mind. This place has no competition when it comes to meaty subs!

There is a jersey mikes opening up in mid city (pico/​rimpau) so i went looking for jersey mikes that was in business to see what i had to look forward to.
I had 4 sandwiches. The italian, Classic, Ham, and Meatball.
They were good. I do think the prices are a little too high but they are tasty.
The crew needs to be a little more disciplined as some customers might might take to kindly to their shenanigans throwing stuff at each other.
This place has free parking on weekends in the back.
