I am only giving them a 3 stars because they do fix your computer with an attitude. If I were to have rated them a few years ago, I would have given them 4 stars. The main issue I have is that they have become too aggressive with selling their services. I just renewed, and they want me to sign up for an additional 3 years! Not to mention, that they renewed my services without asking. I let it slide because they are such a pain in the ass to deal with. Furthermore, they always try to get you to upgrade to windows 8.1. I have a 5 year old laptop! Every time you call in for a technical issue, they try to sell you more stuff. The last problem that I had with them was when they charged my card for 279.00 for three years with out me asking. They took it off, but I had spend what little time I have to do it. I am going to have to cancel the card that I have on file, because I don’t trust them to do it again. If I receive better service, I will certainly modify the rating in the future. In the interim, they need to stop with the sales bully tactics and improve their attitude.

I do not know which iyogi disguised themselves as HP customer service when doing a google search, but beware… They claim to be able to fix your problem whatever it is and when the moment is right, they take your computer screen and move in to try and sell you a «software protection» plan that will solve the problem. Be careful… When you get them on the phone, ask them if they are truly HP and not just a service that fixes HP products.
