Such horrible customer service. I called to check if they carried anything for external hd’s and before I even asked my second question he hung up with out a sorry. I tried calling back to see if my phone was out of service or maybe of my call dropped but nope, he was ignoring the calls. Bad service over phone!

Very fast Mac and PC IT services, they came to our downtown La location many times and solved our IT issues quickly & professionally, cost of repair $ 125 flat rate which is pretty good rate for on-​site tech repair services.
