I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years now! I honestly love coming here! The people are so friendly! They all have amazing talents doing hair. Specially Sol! She’s my lifesaver! Every time I need my hair done, she manages to squeeze me in! It’s better to come on weekdays it’s not as crazy busy. But weekends be prepared to wait, it’s crazy busy! Don’t forget to bring cash!

All of the girls do an amazing job! My family and I have been clients for years and they never fail. Maria always does an excellent job with my curly hair! especially when it comes to my crazy hair ideas and I appreciate how respectful she is about them as well as the many helpful tips she has given me for hair treatment. I can’t complain about the rest of the girls as they do a wonderful job too! My sister is a frequent client of Sol and I am also a big fan of her work! If you are looking for great quality service and great customer service this is definitely the place.

I love it here. All the girls there are super nice. And they seem to have their good share of loyal customers for a reason. I had been debating to go blonde for a while and when I finally did, my experience was nothing short of awesome!
I booked my appointment with Maria on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, but I didn’t wait very long (I suggest booking an appointment cuz they always have a couple of people waiting). My hair came out looking great. I loved it! And to top it off I was getting so many compliments. I’m going back every month for my touch up since my hair grows fast and every time I’m received with such a warm welcome.

Sol has been fixing my hair for so many years! If your not sure what you want but want a different look she even helps you choose something you will not regret! Love her!

Eva is the best!!! I always make the same mistakes going to different stylist and they have my hair looking like a train wreck not Eva she is awesome listens and I always walk out looking fabulous will continue going to her but make sure you bring cash

I have a long history of unsatisfied Hair experiences attached to my life until I met Maria «my lifesaver.» This girl will give you thee best shampoo, haircut, and blow dry. I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years now. N I leave the salon with my long bouncy dark hair with lots of fresh layers.
She’s a PRO. She also works with her customers budget. In the past I’ve paid an arm and leg to get a new look… and was very dissappointed with results. ANYOne can be a HAIRSTYLIST… but MAria… is a natural BoRn. Only some people have the magic touch!!!

Sometimes, you just gotta take chances in life… And this place was definitely one of them. Since it was not a highly advertised or reviewed spot, right in my own neighborhood, with extremely affordable prices, and predominantly Spanish speaking clientele… A visit to this salon turned out to be just as simple/​straightforward as I could hope to get, given the hassles of trying to find, let alone book an appointment in neighboring Silverlake salons. Luckily, I got Maria, who let me explain exactly what my issues with my otherwise known as ‘good hair,’ were… and what I wanted, and didn’t want, without still necessarily knowing what to expect… And luckily, she is good enough at what she does, that for any communication barriers, all she had to do was look, feel and see what was going and listen to what my chief complaints were– to get to work to creating a miracle from a near disaster and deliver a great/​healthy haircut that has been growing out well too. To walk in expecting hopefully nothing worse than a ‘supercuts’ type of hair cut/​service– and leaving with a fantastic, thorough haircut with good attention paid, to details– that was a risk that ended up being worth the shaky faith. Couldn’t be more pleased to have walked out with a sassy, healthy, sexy head of hair… that was just so tired and dried out when I walked in. She and this humble little spot were definitely my angels for the day, and my much needed haircut and style worked out better than sooooo many I have had in recent years. All for under what any local salon charges to start, for a haircut. Hope to be back with hardly anymore stress, the next time my hair needs some love and to be whipped back into shape! :-) Another easy breezy, local gem that is reliable even without any extra frills* Thanks Maria!

Been doing my hair here for years. All the girls do a fantastic job. They really know what they are doing, very professional. I always get my hair done with Maria. I love how she always gets my haircut and my color just right every time! She is great at multitasking.

A classmate of mine recommended this place. I thought for $ 30 how could I go wrong? Besides, it’s only hair and it grows back. Anyhow I went in with no expectation and what I left with was the most amazing haircut I’ve had in ages. I usually spend $ 100 at other salons and I tend to leave feeling underwhelmed. This was not the case yesterday. My stylist was Maria (very sweet). I went from waist long hair to a bob. My hair has never looked so bouncy and shiny. I love it. I’ve had so many compliments on this cut. I’m so happy I found a new salon that doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg.

I love this place! Will not let anyone else touch my hair. Sol is my favorite but the truth is all of them are great. I’ve had all the girls cut my hair at one point.
My sister gets her done there and now my mom. It seems like every time Sol cuts my hair, my hair just grows so much. The parking is a bit tricky, they have street parking but it’s limited and Wednesday and Friday they have street cleaning. It’s all worth it!
It’s affordable and they always leave my hair looking great.

I have been going to the hair clinic since the 11^th grade… that was 1999, and I love the way my hair looks every time I walk out the door! The stylist are very friendly and welcoming. If you have REALLY curly hair, you will walk out with styling straight blow dry!
