Florist Artist

My flowers are absolutely beautiful. but The card that is attached is absolutely unintelligible. My boyfriend wrote a short note to be attached, and they attached a note that vaguely resembles what he wrote and has a bunch of other letters and symbols attached. I don’t know if something is wrong with their computer system or if they were drunk when they wrote the card but woooowwwww.

Very disappointed with what I ordered and what they actually delivered. I paid for a premium bouquet (increases price to upgrade bouquet with quality & quantity) my recipient texted me picture to thank me– I was so shocked & disappointed to see what she got! I immediately called florist to express dissatisfaction. Maria, identifies herself as MGR & tells me it went out looking like that because «…you requested for it be delivered by noon and our spray roses hadn’t arrived yet» REALLY! You sent out below average bouquet without all its flowers because YOUR spray roses hadn’t arrived? How about calling the purchaser and asking if it would be ok to send out later? THEN, you offer to go to her house to stick the spray roses in her bouquet?! Very unprofessional! You should of remade it correctly and redelivered it the way it should of went the first time. The MGR never followed up with me to tell me the recipient thought it very inconvenient for them to go to her house to «add the flowers to the bouquet.» Has anybody ever of a florist coming to your house to add flowers to your arrangement? MGR never called to issue partial refund for flowers not delivered.
I have never wrote a Unilocal review– but I really want everyone to be informed of the sub par, lack of professionalism and lack of integrity this florist shop operates in. Be warned

I come here every weekend to buy flowers as I’m on my way to see my good friend at the cemetery. They understand my feelings and emotions without saying much and put together the perfect arrangement, highly recommend them for their excellent service.
