I came in on a Sunday afternoon they had I was waiting for the waiter they would not come up to ask as if we need a refill on our drinks I do not recommend to order any Hispanic drinks. they are not good at all. We try the hochata and the ensalada fruit drink .I had tried the soup the shrimp .my daughter ordered a hamburger the fries were too stale my husband or a combination plate with meat steak and chicken and meat was too hard the only thing good in this restaurant was the pupusas The service was bad when are server went on break she didnt tell us.

All of our regular spots were closed on New Year’s Day. Decided to give this one a try, but I was a little concern after I ordered the fish & octopus soup, probably shouldn’t be so adventurous trying a new restaurant! Got a pleasant surprises, the soup was absolutely delicious, at least 4 – 5 big chunks of fish taste fresh but not fishy, octopus were soft not chewy. I I enjoyed the beef soup we ordered also. Definitely will come back for that fish soup again but just not on a Friday night — karaōke open-mic.

This was my first time in this place, and I wanted pupusas for diner, good service and good pupusas. I’ll be back soon.

The food is good the pupusas are good, big, and cheap. The only problem I have about this place is that the service is so bad I’d rather go some where else to buy my pupusas because they take so long.

Great service and the pupusas were fresh and soooo yummy. I always get the ones with loroca, thats my favorite. I could eat these all day! The salad they bring with it was really fresh and I ate all of it! I have to admit, I love most food, I am also a fan of rice and beans… and that was yummy too! I went around 1pm and it wasn’t too crowded but they took great care of me and my food came out fairly quickly. The restaurant was clean and thats a big pet peeve for me. There is nothing like sitting down at a restaurant and then getting a sticky menu or a messy table. This place was well taken care of, thats what I love about family owned restaurants.

3.5 stars. Lots of Salvi options, from breakfast to dinner, appetizers like yuca frita con fritada, platanos, tamales de pollo… even Salvi beers like Regia and Pilsener. There are even frozen juice bars/pops in plastic baggies in a freezer chest. Food is a-OK, probably nothing to write home about, and the pupusas hit the spot. A bit on the salty side, perhaps, but that’s what the cerveza is for, ¿sí? Service was friendly and attentive, although the food took a bit to come out of the kitchen. Jukebox plays pretty loud, but you get three tunes for a buck. TVs are playing at the same time. There are signs warning that they only sell two beers/wine per customer. I guess, maybe the Rinconcito turns into a bit of «Roadhouse» before Dalton? Don’t know, but there is supposed to be karaōke nights on Fridays. Verdict: It’s… a-OK and not bad, but it doesn’t necessarily stand out among the crowd.
