What a great place to come and get your bagels. I came 10 mins till 4pm and parked on Wilshire Blvd at a meter. There is no parking at 4 pm and they tow so be careful. I advised the guy behind the counter of my parking dilemma. He advised me of the special a dozen for $ 6. Obviously at 4 pm my selection was limited so they made an exception and allowed me to mix it with there gourmet bagels. Because of the great customer service I will only get my bagels from this location. Thanks

I typically love this place. Everything they make is great. Ordered a plain bagel with regular cream cheese and an everything bagel with honey almond cream cheese. Delicious! Also ordered a large Diet Coke too. Drank my Diet Coke and then started to chew ice. The. Looked inside the cup to see how much ice I had left over and there was a huge dead bug inside. Who knows how many bugs I ate! The ice came from the machine so that’s pretty gross. The reason for such a low score.

Today was my second time at this location, their customer service is great actually I guess it kinda compensates for the not so great Chicken Caesar Salad I had. I guess who ever makes the salads doesn’t take enough time to throughly wash the missed greens because a lot of it still had dirt. I ate a couple of greens that had dirt and I could just tell it was that. I’m sure I will be back because I love Einsteins, only that I don’t like my salads with dirt. Lol.

A decent bagel chain. If you are looking for a consistently decent bagel spot with good service Einstein bros is the place to go! Kinda like going to a Panera bread; MUCH better service than Noah’s bagels. I come to Einstein when I need a quick bite– In and out in less than 7 mins, service with a smile, and I know exactly what I’m getting – cones out the same every time. Handmade? No. The best thing since sliced bread? No. Affordable and satisfying? YES!

The absolute best! I love Einstein’s! I was so happy to find this location on a random drive through the neighborhood, and my favorite drink(hot caramel macchiato) tasted even better than I remembered from my old Einstein’s back home in Georgia. Everyone should definitely try this place out. It’s so much better than Starbucks!

Good customer service with a wide variety of bagels, garlic and sesame seed are great! They’re coffee is so so and they don’t have raw sugar which is kind of a bummer, but a huge plus is the freshly squeezed orange juice!

Service is terrible. Waited so long. Many people complained. They messed my order up using a regular bagel instead of thin. Took forever then had to redo. It was sloppily made as well. Bagel burnt as other reviewers mentioned

It’s Halloween. I decided to be festive and get a pumpkin bagel with apple cinnamon cream cheese. It was OFF da chainzzzzzz. The pumpkin was not overwhelming and I literally inhaled this bagel in record time. Yum! Go bagels! Fresh OJ was great for my hangover too. Reason for the 4 out of 5: I decided to compliment my healthy breakfast(not) with a fruit cup instead of a bag of chips. So the fruit cup… I kid you not it was a thimble with 2 grapes, 1 slice of a strawberry, and 2 cantaloupe cubes. What. The. Heck. Gotta work on that bros. deuces.

First time here, and I got the chocolate chip toasted bagel with strawberry cc. Too bad they had run out of chocolate chip bagels after we paid, so then made me a cinnamon sugar with apple/cinnamon cc. AMAZING. I’m not the biggest fan of cinnamon but this bagel was absolutely delicious. Very soft, warm, and even the cream cheese pairing was perfect(recommended by the sweet staff). Will come again.

I used to frequent Einstein Bros when I lived on the East coast, but I hadn’t been in a while and I was craving some vanilla hazelnut coffee. I found easy metered parking on the street, but I did arrive at a not so busy time. I had a sourdough bagel with cheddar and bacon and it was delish. The cinnamon sugar bagel bite thingies were just ok though. I’ll definitely be back for my favorites.

Food — the bagels are good. The selection is good. I really like their egg breakfast sandwiches. Service — unfortunately the service is not that good. I’ve catered from this location a few times, and they have either messed up the order, or the orders were not ready on time. Final thoughts — conveniently located. Wish the service was better with more sense of urgency! However, the space is huge a great for studying or meeting with people

$ 16 for 2 blueberry bagels with cream cheese and butter, 1 spinach bacon egg panini and med OJ. OJ — 1 star OJ tasted like Tang. Super sweet and concentrated I only took two sips because I knew I’d get a tummy ache if I drank too much. Blueberry bagel — 3 stars Blueberry bagels were decent but to charge 0.60 per bagel for butter and only spread it in one side is wikkity whack! You end up eating one dry side with plain cream cheese. Spinach and bacon panini — 3 stars Panini was suspiciously HOT which leads me to believe that a microwave was involved in the cooking process tsk tsk tsk. I mean this thing was scorching hot on the inside. I had top open up the sandwich and let the steam air out it else I would of lost a layer of tongue! Overall, I’d come if I was hungry in the area but I’m not a big chain/franchise type of eateries. I’d rather support a smaller mom and pop type shop who pays more attention to detail on their products.

They are known for their bagels but I give a big thumbs up to the coffee. They also have Happy Hour Mon-Fri

The server was nice I asked if they had any Tuna melt and he was nice enough to say they can do the Turkey and Cheddar with tuna instead. I ordered it with chips and a drink. I got my drink and a very awful tasting bagel no chips. I took 2 bites and was going to ask for my money back but they had a long line of people waiting. I threw away my bagel and left.

I came here today for a mid-afternoon pick me up– coffee. I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me an empty cup to take to the beverage station off to the side. If I had known ahead of time that it was one of those dispensing coffee machines I would have gone elsewhere. The ice coffee tasted like dirty cigarette water. I normally can drink coffee black but I had to drown it in sugar and creamer. Service was great, by cheese pizza bagel was excellent, but coffee was terrible. Comparable to gas station coffee.

Terrible service. Takes forever to get your food. Tried to call in an order so I wouldn’t have to wait and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tried calling back again, someone finally answered, then left me on hold forever. I gave up. Food is not worth the freaking wait.

They still have few employee in training so sometimes the service is not the faster, but they are super nice and very welcoming! They help you with any request you have, I like their coffee, and they have a large variety of bagels! So 5 stars for me :)

The staff is pretty great but have messed up on several bagel box orders placed over the phone. Fresh bagels if you go early in the day.

I really like the spicy nacho bagel with the spicy cream cheese, good ‘ish. But it’s all good, including the PB&J bagel toasted with PB&J on it.

*Update* Now open! The inside is really big for a bagel place. It has lots of seating, and by the looks of all the people on their lap tops, i’m assuming free wifi Free parking with validation, but super walkable area in general. I heard a couple people complaining that their bagel sanwhiches were cold. Makes sense because only the bagel is heated and then the cream chease, tomato, sanwhich meat or whatever else you put on it is usually cold. If you want a warmer sanwhich, you should ask to have your bagel toasted longer. Nice options for breakfast AND lunch. Can’t wait to try the paninis. Opening tomorrow. Had some samples at thier soft opening. Love that they have sandwhiches, and they are close to my apartment.
