WORSTSERVICE I’VEEVEREXPERIENCED. Host ignored us at the door, seated ourself, sat ten minutes before someone came to ask if we had been helped, told them no, still nobody gave us menu, finally got food an hour later and it was cold. Told host we wanted bill before we were even done eating didn’t, come for twenty minutes. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all so there was no reason for slow service.

ABANDONALLHOPEYEWHOENTER!!! I have eaten here on more than one occasion and each time it only gets worse. Today I had the breakfast sampler with scrambled eggs, which on a morning with less than a dozen other customers on this chilly Sunday morning should have been the equivalent of culinary autopilot. The eggs were over cooked and had liquid added to them. The entire meal was so greasy I could have wiped the hash brown rectangle on the wall and seen the next room. However the worst part by far was the men’s restroom. I was feeling queasy after all that grease. Nothing I could handle. I just wanted to splash some water on my face. The smell in the bathroom was an atrocity on the senses. The small stall toilet was clogged with faeces. Note that in this case I have used the plural of feces, which is faeces. Meaning there were more than one feces. I went to the handicapped stall which was puke soaked. My stomach was crying. The service was acceptable and friendly.

This is one of the nicer ihop that I have been in .it is very clean and the service is very friendly and efficient. as important as that. It is still the food that counts. Their food leaves a lot to be desired, I ordered the 55 breakfast which is reasonable for what you get, two eggs, two strip bacon, slice of ham, a sausage, hash browns, and pancakes, all for six something. The pancakes and hash browns were except able. But the rest of the meal was mediocre at best. Best that I can say is that it was filling and reasonable, but not memorable.

When you walk in the smell of coffee they also have valet parking which they Will validation so you don’t have to be driving around looking for parking space.

Came in for free birthday pancakes which were huge and tasty. Then there’s the hamburger, not so good. I wanted the chicken sandwich but they were out. The hamburger was dry and tasteless. I would have put syrup on it if I thought it would have helped. The French fries were decent. I like ranch dressing with my fries they were out.

This visit was awesome. The restaurant was crowded but. We were seated immediately. The waitress, I believe, Rachel was very attentive & came back several times to check on us. Even after her shift ended she again came to see if we were okay and needed anything further. The food was hot & tasty. My son had hit chocolate, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. He enjoyed all of it. I ordered the chicken & pecan waffles. #Lovedit. Thanks for a better experience & my family and I will be back.

They are the saviors! We reached LA on Christmas eve at 11.30pm and could not find a single place to fill our hungry stomach until we found this ihop. We called to confirm if they were open and they were indeed open unlike subway which mentions the 24⁄7 but operates as per normal working hours. We had Coastal omelet and green omlete. The overall experience was pleasant but the waitress forget to get our side order until reminded. Overall a satisfying experience and filled stomach!

Terrible, terrible service! We waited 20 minutes before I had to go up to the hostess to say we were ready to order. Waited another 10 minutes before the waitress finally came. Took another 20 minutes for our food to come and it wasn’t even good! In fact, the waffles my friend ordered were burnt! We went up and demanded a discount and the one other worker at the cash register was nice enough to give it to us and was actually sympathetic. Still, we all had a 30 minute lunch break and wasted an hour and a half inside an iHop.

Overpriced food for frozen chicken, strawberries, etc. There are far better non chain places you can go for breakfast that will cost the same but the ingredients will be much higher quality. I forgot why I haven’t gone to an ihop but just got reminded this weekend.

I ordered french toast to go. When I came to pick it up, the order was wrong. The replacement I received was cold… Like«just out of the fridge» cold. The service at this place is abysmal.

It’s IHOP. Clean and usually quick(except on a Sunday morning — not their fault). Decent food and service.

When a place is called, House of Pancakes,…namely, International House of Pancakes, you’d think they’d have the pancake makin’ down to a fine art. Not so at this IHOP, Dry and grainy pancakes. Even gobs of butter and syrup couldn’t save them. Really, really bad pancakes. So disappointed. Even McDonald’s pancakes put these to shame. Sad but true. Oh wait, it gets worse. The service was horrible. Sat for about ten minutes before someone came and asked me if I’d been helped… that’s was after he passed by my table several times already. The staff was all in the back section, just talking with each other. Once I was served my terrible pancakes and $ 2.99 ice tea, the waiter never came back to check on my meal or offer a refill. I actually had to go get him, and interrupt his co-worker gab session in order to get my bill. Take a look at my picture of the silverware. You might want to bring your own if you want to eat there. I was at this location a couple years ago, late at night. It was much better then. That’s why I give two stars instead of the one star it deserved on my most recent visit.

Please put some heart to your work. The house salad was so old that cows wouldn’t chew and smelled bad too.

Free parking, good reasonable food! Only problem was some staff were a little rude though my main server was an absolute delight! It seemed like she was the only person serving customers whilst the other staff was constantly on breaks and was ridiculing customers! The food was money well spent and my main waitress was attentive asking if my drinks needed to be refilled and as I’m still unaware of USA customs she accepted my payment from the table instead of at the till! I just hope they don’t have to share tips as my waitress deserved the 30% tip I left her as she as patient, attentive and made me feel at ease that there was no rush to leave!

Love the place cause it’s bigger than the one on 6th street. I like the workers here. Friendly and polite. The food is good its a diner and food chain. Either you like it or not. Food is good burgers are great. Breakfast well it is a breakfast spot. You can have dessert which would be breakfast and ice cream. Lol Parking is street or if you can find any spot in the back. They do have valet parking but you just tip like the guy said. No fee just tip! Lol Will I go back yes cause this isn’t my first time.

Breakfast food is exceedingly easy to make at home and surprisingly, even easier to mess up. IHOP has always held a special place in my heart since childhood and this location reminds me why! Yes, the prices have been steadily increasing over the years, but if you want a solid, «no frills», breakfast, IHOP is your spot! They know how to cook eggs! I requested over medium and they were cooked to perfection! Thick and gooey yolks not running! Our server was great! Friendly, helpful, courteous. The cashier was also very good as she graciously split our check without so much as an eye roll. Rare! The restaurant itself is clean and tables get cleaned quick here, unlike many other understaffed IHOPs I’ve been to. Been here twice and while it’s not the best breakfast in LA, it’s good chain restaurant breakfast!

Fast and good with free wifi. There is no egg smell that I typically have a hard time with places like this but this place is new and very clean. If you can get past the bad taste in awful 70’s music, it’s a winner. Ambrosia, America, the Eagles and even Donna Summer sure but Helen Ready and The Carpenters and music like that is just a reminder of where you’re eating. But hey, there’s valet.
