This is just your average chipotle. There is plenty of seating but it still tends to get packed during peak lunch hours. The only issue I have is the homeless that congregate around this area. As much as I hate to say it, it does become a nuisance when they are always there at lunch and the same homeless guys are in my face asking for change.

I witnessed the manager telling the employees to give the customers, «light meat.» He was inspecting the size of the portions and said. «that’s too much lettuce.» Step off the lettuce, micro-manager. As a karate man and lover of ladies I need nourishment. Never again.

Clean, fast moving and friendly staff. Walkable from my place, so the husband and I go here often. Never had an issue and always tastes great!

The food was really off unfortunately and was totally not worth the money at all, but I don’t like complaining. The tomatoes seemed rotten or something, not sure what. The steak was over cooked and bland and the guacamole did not taste like avocados at all. Be wary eating here :/

The servings are very generous and I was very pleased when I first openned my bowl However the chicken tastes bland. There is something off about it and the chips are stale. I’ll probably give this location another try since it’s the closest one to my new place… Hopefully the chicken will be cooked better next time.

I love chipotle but something about this one just isn’t right. I moved across the street in Oct and I’ve probably given it over 10 try’s and it’s always the same. The chicken quality is poor. Taste like it’s dark meet, very slimy and I often bite into cartilage and things I’m not used to seeing at a chipotle. I’ve talked to a couple neighbors that say yes I stay away from this chipotle. I’ve always bought chips and their bags at this one are almost empty every time. Something needs to be done about this location. I wish I could use it considering I’m across the street but I think it had enough!

I’m a Chipotle fan. First time at this location. First time back at a Chipotle, after all the bad press was going on about them. Well, they’re back and still great. This particular location is pretty good. Clean, adequate seating and the staff is efficient and friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in this area, but if you don’t mind walking a couple blocks you can easily find a two-hour spot on 8th or one of the side streets. Chipotle send out a mailer that had a coupon for a free burrito, bowl, or salad. I thought I’d get there and it would be very restrictive, but it was totally legit… any kind of burrito I wanted for free, with the coupon. Check your mail. The coupon expires May 1, 2016. I have been and remain a big fan of Chipotle.

If your store hours say that you open at 10:30a then please be open at that time. I came here, paid for parking and then was told food and store would not be open and ready until 10:45. Now I have to go elsewhere. I used to frequent chipotle OFTEN. Very disappointed in where the company is at currently.

I came here during the middle of lunch and they were out of chicken! Seriously?! How would you not prepare enough for your lunch crowd. You were not even that busy. I eat chipotle like 3 times a week and always get a chicken salad. This was incredible disappointing. I don’t think I will be back to this location again:/ fail…

I love Chipotle, but this location is pretty disappointing. The quality of the ingredients is sub-par, and though some employees are friendly and helpful, usually the service is lacking. There have been so many times where one person is asking me what kind of salsa I want, while another person down at the register is asking me if I want chips and a drink, and because I can’t talk to them at the same time, they both just keep yelling their questions at me. lol. Also, you have to watch like a hawk because they will make the ratios in your bowl real weird. 3 scoops of rice to half a scoop of beans? What? And so stingy with that cheese. And every time I get a veggie bowl they never mention that guac comes with it for free, so I usually forget and am guac-less. How sad. Come on Chipotle, get your shit together.

I frequent this location a lot. It’s a block from my work. The employees are super nice and friendly. They even know me by name and go out of their way to say hello. They even write thoughtful messages on my burrito bowl’s lid. Looking at the pictures, I’m not the only one. Bonnie and everyone else are fantastic!

I got here around opening time and got the barbacoa salad. For some reason, the barbacoa did not taste the same. It was very dry and chewy. Almost felt like I got and old batch from the day before. I’m not sure if it was the location or the timing… I’ll give this place another try.

The star is for a bad BAD service!!! Not complain about their food, still killing it but the service is soo poor!!! The scoops were less than normal and to get the regular double meat I had to pay for 3. And then when they put it on the bowl some of it falls on the table so I’m not even getting the complete scoops. Plus she gave an attitude when I asked for extra meat. Poor customer service!!! Still food is good!

I just wrote a really crappy review of another location, so I wanted to bring some love here. I frequent this location because it’s close to work so maybe I get more love because they know me, but overall they give great portions and a healthy helping of guac(unless you get that one random employee that sandbags that sh*t). I have had to add salt a few times to my food, but overall the employees are friendly and work very quickly. During lunch, the line can be unruly, but you will still get through it faster than no line at the Hawthorne location. Also, I’ve run into Scott from Pentatonix several times at this location. Someday I’ll work up the nerve to tell him how amazeballs he is. My only complaint it that its three whole blocks away from my work.

I consider Chipotle a basic food group in my diet. There is a Chipotle near my work that I go to for lunch and this location is the one that I go to if I am near my house. The location is pretty big compared to other locations so there is plenty of seating. I hardly ever eat here though and instead pick up. I usually put my order through online and then pick up at the appropriate time.(Although some people have told me that if you do online order, they actually give you less. But, I am lazy and don’t like waiting, so I usually do online order). They have a parking garage that they share and they validate parking. But, I try to find parking on the street because sometimes it’s kind of hassle to park in the structure and walk to Chipotle. Once you get, if you put in your order online, you go to the front, and they will normally help you immediately. So, there is hardly any wait. And, for newbies to Chipotle, please not that they give you extra salsa, rice, etc. for free.(They do charge for guacamole if you are not getting a vegetarian item). The staff are very nice. They actually started drawing me picture on my bowl because I came there so often(LOL). My normal order is a chicken burrito bowl. If I am hungry, I ask for extra salsa, rice, etc. Sometimes, it gets so big, I can eat it in 2 meals. I also sometimes ask for tortilla on the side(for free) and make mini burrito. Yum! All in all, love this location and love Chipotle.

Food at this Chipotle is good and on par with the chain. Burritos are tasty and the bowls are the best. Depending who is manning the meat ladle that day you could either have a generous scoop of meat or just a so-so portion. This location is busy at lunch M-F but they get the orders out quickly. Crowd is mostly foot traffic from nearby businesses so people don’t stay long. Outside sidewalk seating is available if you choose to people watch on Wilshire. No restrooms. Parking is in back but limited. Also metered street parking if you can find it — but read the posted signs!

Bottom Line: not a bad burrito spot I had already written a review for this place as well as an update — so not sure how/why it got deleted but here goes again. This place is always clean, the people that work here hustle and the food is always pretty good. Every time I come here thought my burrito is always the same; not bad. I very much like to consistency but for all of the ingredients, it always seems to be lacking flavor. Pretty tough to beat if you need a massive burrito on the go
