I got a gel manicure. Kim is the lady! Her and her husband are very nice… During the week, it may just be her working, so call first to make an appointment or see how busy it is. I was in no rush, so I did not mind waiting while reading a book. She did a very nice job, fixed my broken nail, was thorough and I’m happy :)

I have been a client of Kim’s for over 15 years. She has always been an extremely professional lady. I have never had any problems with my nails. As a matter of fact, if I need an appointment early in the morning or late evening, she is always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate her clients. I will continue to be a client for many years to come. Joe and Kim are great!!!

Where to start?!
I’ve super picky AF but when Kim did/​does my nails OMG. I’ve been coming back for more. Kim’s super nice and friendly. She also accommodates you so much. I work in dtla so getting here takes an hour but she literally waits for me. I don’t know any nail place that does that. You can see that she loves her job. I highly recommend.

Today was my first time at this place and sadly to say it will be my last. Kim took care of me for a mani and pedi. As she started to do my pedi I let her know I wanted my nails cut short since my nails grow fast. She started cutting them way too short and out of place. I brought to her attention that that was not I what I asked for. She apologized and said she was cutting them that way so that I didn’t get ingrown nails. Koi understand but the nails look so sloppy there was no more going back. I was furious!!! Good thing she only messed up my right foot only. The nail polish she put started chipping just hours since I was there and in some nails she used to much polish. Not to saw my manicure, so much polish was put on my hands they got smushed immediately after. How disappointing!!! I don’t see what good they see in this place I could of at least of a credit for messing up my nails. Never again going back to this place.

My first time here Cindy gave me an awesome manipedi, including a calf and lower arm massage, which is always my favorite part. If heaven has massages I’ll be the happiest person not alive.
The prices are awesome here! A manipedi is only $ 20 and they charge $ 1 extra for certain polish brands like OPI and Essie, but it’s still better than most other salons. Always choose the premium brands because the cheap ones can bubble when drying, which is what happened to me. Cindy saw it and was like, «We need to do that over,» and she did, with a smile! I’ve never had that kind of customer service before.
This place leaves the door open, which is better for the health of employees and I saw one lady wearing a mask, so I’m guessing they provide personal protective equipment. I stopped going to nail salons after reading about the health effects on nail technicians, but this place seems to care about its employees, so when I need some TLC I know where to go!

Kim is awesome and her prices are terrific! She is all about quality work and customer service.

Kim I love you! thanks for the wonderful service and always being so flexible, she accomodates and will stay open later if need be! This is my go to place for pedis, no one leaves my toes as nice and soft as she does!

I have been going to Kim for almost 2 years and so far she does my nails and feet like no other place. I honestly have been through bad services from other nearby Vietnamese manicurists but I finally found the right one. Kim does her job with love, care, and even accommodates to the client’s schedule. She doesn’t do the japanese/​fancy nail art but her work is outstanding. I work a block away and I’m off around 7pm and she’s willing to wait for me!
Overall great experience.

Kim is the nicest lady, who kept her shop open late to accommodate my procrastinating ass.
My pedicure looks friggen great. She took the time to take off all the dead skin around my toes.
The gel nails set I got look really natural. Gonna definitely come back.
The shop is in front of a bus stop so there was a bunch of sketch folks walking about after dark. Not cool. Day time for me next time.

I have been going here since the Owner worked at a nearby nail place and didn’t own her business. so 10+ years.
KIM: OWNER. manicure/​pedicure — very thorough. takes her time.
ANGIE: my favorite! best there at the shop. very very gentle. thorough. does the cutest nail color/​art designs. hot. nice and speaks pretty good english.
this place can very busy during after work hours and on the weekends. so i just avoid those times and then i do not have to wait.
PRICES: fair. all the other nail places have the same prices, but here they do the best job.
clean, compared to most nearby nail salons. i mean i feel comfortable with my feet there.
good customer service. they always remember anyone’s name and info. i dont know how they do that. oh, and my entire dad’s side of the family goes there. so that’s around 10 people plus friends.
i will keep coming here until i move from LA or it some how goes downhill –which it still hasn’t.
