Terrible and unprofessional customer service. I sent one of my employees to this bank to get change for a $ 100 bill and they told him to leave because we do not have an account with them. I then went down there myself to talk with a manager. No luck with that, as no one would come forward as the manager. I was only told that I had to open account just to get change for one single $ 100 bill. Ridiculous! I’m just getting change. So I then tell them I’d like to open an account, but get a really bad attitude from the teller, so I just left. Sad too for them, because I am a business owner just down a block from this location. Their loss.
