Upon exiting the store with many bags of food and trays of drinks I fell flat on my face and skinned my knees terribly on a step that is indistinguishable from the rest of the flooring. My drinks and food went flying and hit the door. For my trouble I got fresh drinks and bags of ice for my knees. I just spoke to the manager, C.R., and got a hearty«I apologize, many customers have been falling, we are going to fix it». The problem should have been rectified long before people fall, C.R. This occurred weeks ago and I am still having pain and have to change bandages frequently thanks to their egregious infrastructure error. Watch out for that step, people, until the management figures out this is no way to run a business or answer customer complaints

Great place for a quick lunch. The customer service is fantastic all the time. I’ve been here many times and haven’t had any complaints aside from it being so popular that at times the line could be lengthy. However, you can order through the mobile app and not have to wait in line to order. I have always received my food really fast whether I was ordering from the app or in person. I typically order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken always taste so juicy and tender with the perfect kick to it. I add some barbecue sauce most of the time. I’ve tried other items on the menu and haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. No parking of course, it is Westwood. There is meter parking in the surrounding area and some lots too. Lucky me, I get to walk here.

Always been a fan of Chik-fil-A. Food was on point at this one. And their service is fast and friendly. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is that they took out the utensils rack where you get your condiments, spons, forks, and napkins.

ATTENTIONALL!, Especially UCLA students –this food may taste good, but it is extremely UNHEALTHY! It is FILLED w/Carcinogens(CANCER Causing Chemicals). Just go to Chick-fil-A’s website, & click on any sandwich’s nutritional info. Example: Classic Chicken Sandwich – there are TWOPORTIONS of MSG(monosodium glutamate) which is one of the worst food additives on the planet and can cause side effects such as: headaches, sweating, facial pressure or tightness, heart palpitations, chest pain, nausea and weakness! Did you know that every bite of that crispy chicken also contains DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE, an anti foam agent added to the peanut oil, POLYSORBATE80, + YELLOW5 and BLUE1 – just to name a few EXTREMELYBAD, UNHEALTHYCHEMICALS you are consuming every time you eat at Chick-fil-A! Buyer Beware!

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food place ever. I come here so much. At this location, the employees are always extremely nice and accommodating. Some of them have even given me such sweet compliments before. On several occasions, I have even received my food literally right after I placed the order. I have never experienced a messed up order here or any other problems for that matter. Another plus is that the bathroom is always in immaculate condition. If you’re ever in Westwood and running short on time, you should definitely come here.

You’re typical Chik-Fil-A food. Well managed, good staff, and great chicken and the waffle fries are still dank. The frosted lemonade is a go to if you haven’t had it already.

Came into the store just after 4 to get my broke-ass college self some food(thanks to a gift card I forgot about). As I sat in line, I noticed the girl behind the register had«trainee» on her name tag. I realize that this means my order may not be correctly recorded, but it was. She was helpful, friendly, and got everything just how I had asked. I was impressed. What I was not impressed with was how her supervisor and coworker took no issue throwing her under the bus for every small miscommunication. Look, the guy in front of me is complaining about how his sandwich was missing lettuce. You don’t need to go ask him who rang up the order, and make a huge«show-and-tell» scene about how the trainee must have messed up. If you have someone working during a slightly busy shift, and they are training to use register, I hate to break it to you but not every order is going to be perfect. I get that the customer is always right, but damn, if you had thrown your fellow coworker under the bus any quicker, I would have assumed you don’t want new people working there. In summary, the food is, as it always is, fantastic. If you’re the cashier who served me, thank you for being so kind. If you’re the supervisor, i’m going to recommend you help a trainee if you expect perfection.

Definitely one the best chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. Nice, crunchy texture on the outside and soft, juicy on the inside. I’ve tried the original chicken sandwich, their deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets. None of them disappointed. The service is very fast and friendly here. Overall, great spot for lunch after classes. A little more on the pricey side for fast food, but I don’t mind for the quality.

Crazy busy and noisy but the food was good. The employees were even better. They took care of us like we were enrolled in a day care. The food was hot, fresh and served with no delay. The self service soda station was shut down so we had to get our drinks via the front counter. I guess when you’re that busy, close to UCLA, the hospital, and have all manner of street wanderers lurking around, you need to put the smack down and shut down the self service soda station. Yes, that was a pretty long sentence but then again, who is really gonna read this? Chick-fil-A? I don’t think so because most marketers are lazy and won’t read reviews that are 4 or 5 stars. It’s okay, I still like the chicken here.

The food is great. My new favorite place. The reason I give it a 3 star is because of the blond Ashley(new hire?). She seemed courteous at first, but she ends up getting very defensive and condescending when taking your order. Hopefully she’ll have some better training and bring this place up to par with the other employees here.

Good food for pretty cheap price. Of all the fast food chains, I think they have the best ice-cream. While I was still in school, this was the cheapest lunch. I ALWAYS use a coupon found on the backside of the next-door Ralph’s receipts to get the frosted lemonade shake for free. I did this probably more than 100 times while I was still at UCLA. I think the coupon is still going on – most people don’t know about it, but basically with ANY purchase, you get the shake for free. So being a poor student with debt, I abused it by buying the cheapest hot meal item. I would buy the smallest waffle fries for about $ 1.50 and get the shake for FREE. I seriously don’t think they made a profit off me. Service is great; they bring your order to your table and they address your name; they’re also forced to say«My pleasure» if you say«thank you.»

Swung by here again to use their Calendar Card offer, February’s is soup. The cashier was ‘in training’(as usual), didn’t know what to do, but was very nice. He calls the team lead over, Ariana, and she mutters something about no soup to him. ‘In training’ guy awkwardly says ‘uhhh…’ I call the attention of Ariana asking why she couldn’t let me know and apologize to me directly. She’s cold as ever, saying no substitutions. Note! A couple months ago, Ariana is also the same one that rolled her eyes and ‘ughhed’ when I asked her to redo a drink for me. This is a drink I said ‘no ice’ twice and somehow she was annoyed at me for her messing it up. SHAMEONTEAMLEAD!

I come here occasionally to grab breakfast or lunch. The quality of the food here is amazing, especially for a fast food place. It’s not as greasy or that feeling of guilt you afterwards eating fast food, you know what I mean. Everything tastes fresh and just cooked. Their portion sizes are just right, enough to get you full but not feeling awful afterwards. I also enjoy coming here because of the great service. Employees are very respectful and welcoming. The fast food restaurant is always kept nice and tidy.

It was good I don’t think it was anything super special from the Chick-fil-A at my university(NYU) I think all is needed is the sauce, other than that its a normal chicken patty on bread. It was good service though, we kept asking for cups of water and they’re super chill about it. We got their spicy chicken sandwich and shared it. It is very spacious and much cleaner than McD or other fast food chains.

This was my chick-fil-a location of choice during my undergrad years. This was around the time this chain re-invented itself and their customer service went from ok to stellar. This time around, I just got done with an online final and was ready to chill. I took a drive to West LA, and decided on eating here for my last meal of the day. I walked in, and fortunately there was no line. It was very cold and windy in LA that night, so understandably there weren’t going to be many people out. The cashier took my order, and her friendliness radiated. She complemented my beanie, and I take great pride in my beanies. The food was as great as usual. I got the grilled chicken club, with their delicious criss-cut fries and a medium iced tea. The food came out in a timely manner, and I was out the door satisfied with my meal. This place does get crowded during the school year, and it can be hard to find parking. But they do their job well.

On a busy corner in Westwood, this fast food restaurant is easy to miss. No parking other than street and private parking lots that I know of. I have been here once for breakfast and twice for lunch. I usually take their grilled chicken sandwich, a healthier choice than their famous fried counterpart. The sandwiches come out hot and the buns are fresh. The chicken is slightly juicy, not dry like most other fast food restaurants. The wonderful waffle fries are so tasty that I usually supersize to a large. The soft drink machine has the usual mix including my favorite, root beer. I would give the food 4 stars. Ambiance: clean tables which speaks volumes for a fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t exactly call any fast food place upscale, but this Chick-fil-A is a cut above. Nicer than BK, Wendy’s, and McD but not as well done as Chipotle. Ambiance: 4 stars Service: top notch. The employees are on top of their game. Quick and efficient. Service: 5 stars Why the 2 star overall rating? Because I got sick here my third time around and I have a cast iron stomach. A rare happening, pun intended.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed. I came here after they had an event for the app«Playfull»(shout out to them for creating a great app). If many of you don’t know, you can download this app and play games to earn tickets to get discounts and free food in Westwood, including this Chic Fil A. Anyways, I used the buy one get one free meal coupon, and got myself the number 1, which was their fried chicken with pickles in between two buttered buns, and a side of waffle fries and a drink. $ 7 for two meals, it was a great deal. Their chicken always tastes really moist and fresh, which sets it apart from a lot of other fried chicken joints(although there aren’t many that have fried chicken burgers). Not to mention the ever so addicting waffle fries! I can’t stop eating it. I always have that slight disappointment when I get to the bottom of the waffle fries, but I suck it up and tell myself I’ll come back tomorrow. Overall, this chic fil a still lives up to its name. And if you’re a regular here, download the app and you will end up saving a looooot of money.

I remember when this place opened and they gave out free sandwich cards. That was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. Since then I’ve come to this place a whopping two times! Now I don’t mean to say that this place doesn’t deserve some credit for some decent chicken sandwiches. I mean just writing this review makes me crave some. Better make this short. If you are on campus and need a quick fix, I would honestly just check-out Carl’s Jr. in Ackerman. It’ll save you the 10 minute walk to Westwood. But if you insist on going to Westwood, one thing Chick-fil-A has going for it is that it is the closest to campus. Literally right there on Le Conte and Westwood. Great location choice, trapping all those weak minded souls who have not trained their stomachs to last the two extra minute walk to In-n-Out. Just kidding of course. The service is extremely nice, and they constantly have employees going around cleaning up after you. So if you want a very clean atmosphere, then Chick-fil-A is your fast food place to go. And if you are craving chicken, then please do come here. Otherwise, again not saying Carl’s is the best place in the world, but it does have some cheap spicy chicken sandwiches for just over a dollar! Just trying to save you guys the walk down from campus.

It’s about time that Chick-fil-A nests a home in West LA. This location is in Westwood, at the highly-visible corner of Westwood Plaza & Le Conte Ave, walking distance to UCLA Medical Center and UCLA main campus. I’ve been cuckoo for Chick-fil-A since junior high school and this location serves the same quality and service as I remember growing up. Their Original Chicken Sandwich – a boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips – always brings me back to my childhood days when I’d save my lunch money to indulge in this southern creation. //Top Indulges + Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich: This is the spicy + suped up version of the original sandwich. As a glorified version of the original, it adds a spicy blend of peppers, leafy greens, tomato and pepper jack cheese. + Breakfast Biscuits:(only during breakfast hours) Handmade every morning, these buttermilk biscuits are flaky and heavenly. + Waffle Fries: These crispy golden waffle-cut fries are fried in 100% canola oil. + Frozen Lemonade: A delicious marriage of their house fresh lemonade + hand-spun vanilla icedream. + Sauce: My go-to sauces are the Regular BBQ Sauce & Polynesian Sauce. //Service: Can always depend on the sweet Southern hospitality. //Parking: It’s a pain. Meter street parking or parking structure. I believe they only validate 30 minutes. Don’t crave Chick-fil-A on Sundays, they’re closed.

Free Coffee February… that’s pretty much all I need in life. Well… maybe not, but it sure does make February nicer. I realize there are only 6 more days to take advantage of this promotion(they’re closed on Sundays), but it’s always nice to receive freebies. You can get either a small 12-ounce hot coffee or a medium 16-ounce iced coffee. They have French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Half & Half creamers. The coffee is specialty grade which is remarkable and commendable for a fast food chain. It was actually my first time going to any Chick-Fil-A location so I felt like a total newb. I opted for the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and Waffle Fries. The chicken was crispy outside and tender inside, but the fries were just average to me. This particular location is big, clean, and has good service. Sadly there’s no drive-thru. However, they do validate parking for the underground garage(15 minutes or 30 minutes), but if you go over, it’s $ 2.50 for up to every additional 15 minutes. Therefore if you plan to stay a bit, you’re better off with street parking at $ 0.25 for every 15 minutes(you could pay $ 2.50 for 1 – 15 minutes or pay $ 2.50 for 2-and-a-half hours). You might not care about $ 2 but I feel like it’s the principle plus always having to pay for parking nearly everywhere in L.A.
