The best part about this shopping center is the convenience of most everything being in one tight location. The worst part is that it’s a pretty tight location. Let’s start with all the shops here: Starbucks, Vons, Rite Aid, Bank of America ATM, Package Center, Mailbox, Subway, Domino’s, a nail salon, and a dry cleaners. There is even an auto repair center here too! Along with a gas station. They all share the same parking lot, and I’ve noticed that it’s usually 75% full. With rush-hour it tends to be around 90% full but I’ve never not found a parking spot. This shopping center is right off I-10 and National Blvd, where Palms and National Blvds intersect. If you’re gonna do this kind of shopping in southern Beverly Hills or northern Palms, you might as well do it here.

Convienant one stop shopping center in Cheviot Hills, Palms, Rancho Park and WLA area. Right off the freeway at National. I got gas at the 76 gas station and ran into the market for some bottled water. This shopping center has most necessities, Vons, Rite Aid, Starbucks, package center, mailbox, Subway sandwich, B of A ATM, Pizza joint, nail salon, salon and dry cleaners. They place pretty much has it covered for most goodies.

A little shopping center tucked away in Cheviot Hills/Palms/West LA. Parking can get a bit tight during busy times. It has pretty much everything one needs, from a Grocery store, to a Drug Store, a laundromat, bank, restaurant, and we musn’t forget the almighty Starbucks!
