Charged me 2.30 because I asked for a large water, didn’t even tell me I would be charged for it and then they had a good laugh together when I asked why I was charged. Terrible customer service!

Came here for a quick dinner and had a very«meh» experience. My sandwich was fine, a little on the greasy side. I had the Chicken Philly + jalapenos and lettuce. The ingredients were a little sub par. I appreciated that they have a small condiments bar with hot sauce. I am giving it two stars because the service was quick and pleasant. I was the only one in line and they made my sandwich very quickly. Also, it’s a food court — what do you expect? Free three-hour parking for the mall.

The sandwich was good, but what I noticed were the acrylic nails the cashier had mind you she was also making the sandwich. She was wearing gloves but it totally grossed me out… Please no long fake nails…

So not only are they over priced but very rude… i got a regular size lemonade and a small fry… how on earth did I end up spending almost 8 bucks and it wasn’t even a meal?! Ridiculous how the westside pavillion has gotten so expensive. Besides all that the fries were horrible… too salty with a buck of just process over warmed up cheese placed on top. When I first got my lemonade I asked there were free refills… and was told on the regular lemonade there was… so once I come back from eating my «not very tasty» french fries I ask for a refill and was told oh that will be a dollar?! A dollar? Really for refill… not only that but after you told me it would be free?! Whoooaa… this was my 1st time trying this place for years I’ve been passing it… i definitely WON’T BEBACKAGAIN!

Worst customer service ever! whoever the cashier was that day(january 7 wed around 1:30 pm) was so rude. I was ordering a sub when she suddenly turned around to talk to her coworker saying how she forgot to clock in on time. She was laughing. And looked at me like«now what?» She moves like she hates her job and stuff. Good food but then won’t be back.

A TRUEHORROR! I came here with my family and ordered a few phlly cheese steak sandwiches, 30 mins went by and our food was NOWHERETOBEFOUND! I asked several employees about it and it turned out they had lost our order. It took another additional 25mins to get the food. They had a bunch of customers complaining that either they had been waiting tooooo long or they had been giving the wrong orders. The cook looked so confused that two other girls jumped in to «help» her… it was a complete mess! Our food was saggy and it was completly wrong… it had the wrong ingredients. There was also a guy in the lobby dressed in a hawaiian outfit that every single time we went to ask about our food he would say…” would you like to try our new sub”… reallly? After 10 times of seeing us checking on our food, it should of given him a HINT! Maybe if he helped his co-workers instead of holding a tray in the lobby, it wouldn’t be such a shitty place.

First time eating here. The guy handing out samples was very friendly and I did buy the sample sandwich being the Chicken California Sub. Overall good sandwich and friendly staff. I plan on trying a different sandwich next time I find myself at a Charley’s.

It has great sandwiches, I’m never disappointed. I always get good service, and I’ve been coming for a good 5 years. I switch up what I want most the time, but have to say I love the Philly Cheese Steak, the most, with everything on it. And the ultimate blt, when I’m eating healthy, I forget how many calories it has. Something like 200(it says it on the menu). I think it’s one of the best on the westside and their service is quick. With three hour parking in the shopping center, why not?! Ps. I’ve never had fat on my sandwich, the bread is always toasted, they always ask what you want on it, and prepare it how you want it too. It’s not like other steak places that serve grissle meat either it’s perfect! Not to mention everyone I take here comes here again afterwards. I just wish they grilled cheese on the fries, instead of the squirt cheese, but, honestly, when I’m not feeling so health conscious and wanna treat myself I don’t care, I like their fries, I like their meat, I like their fresh veggies, I like their toasty bread, and I love the lemonade! Best lemonade ever!!- yes better then hot dog on a stick& cheaper too!

Employees are rude, especially the manager. SInce i complained about my sandwich not being cooked well enough, i got an attitude from the cook. I wanted to smack that smirk off his face. Will never come here only due to the service. FOod was meh.

I love this place. This is one of the few places I’ve ate at in the food court at Westside Pavilion. It’s super cheap and you get a lot of fries. I’m not complaining.

AWFULL!!! I came here today for the first time in years and this used to be my favorite steak sandwich ever And I don’t even eat meat anymore … But today I decided to come here and have it again They changed the ingredients and the cheese oh boy they use the cheap American cheese that some cheap restaurants like to call it «Swiss» That is not Swiss cheese buddy That is white American (Cheese on poster not the same) I had 3 bites just because I paid and can’t Throw it away… Shame that they changed Used to be the best in town and now is close to the worst in town …

This place used to be awesome, but not only have they changed their menu… They’ve changed their ingredients. It doesn’t taste nearly as good and I now regret committing to this place for my meal.

I was craving grilled subs and I believe this place was similar to or used to be the Great Steak Escape. Either way, they had what I wanted, a grilled steak with onions and peppers… yum! I ordered mine minus the cheese and I noticed it tasted bland and dry. I’ve ordered like this in the past and didn’t recall it tasting so plain. I can’t say I was satisfied, but this is one of my favorite grilled sub spots that’s fast, easy and cheap on the westside. Next time I’ll get it with the cheese.
