Someone stuffed her business card in my window (and many other windows of other cars in the parking lot). It was a rainy day and it left gunk stuck to my window. Very inconsiderate.

I don’t work anybody like a horse and Cathy quoted me$ 60 when I asked her what does she charge and I never bargained her down — I did not even try. She could have quoted me higher but she didn’t. If she wanted to get rid of me she should have quoted me the highest price possible to get me off the phone, not quote me the lowest price. I think Avo must be related or friends with Cathy Lopez cleaning to write me message like this. I am an authentic Unilocal user and please do not create a fake user to harrass me. I now hire You’ve Got Maids at $ 150 per 1 – 2 hour cleaning sessions every two to three weeks and I am very happy with their services, so please do not come and tell me I bargained anybody down or if I work somebody like a horse.

I just hired Cathy to do some house-​cleaning and she does a thorough diligent job. She vacuums behind the stove, waxes the floors (not everyone does this), cleans the windows, and scrubbed the counters to the point that they shine.
She not only vacuumed the kitchen once but twice and really takes her time.
If you want your house to be deeply cleaned at affordable prices, Cathy is the woman for you.
She also knows how to cook, just saying.
