Haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. In a while but this has to be the worst customer service ever one it’s really pricy and it takes more than 6mins for the food to come so I’m giving it a 1 star review

Why did I come here! Drive thru is filled with trash and the dive thru wait is ridiculous long for only two cars. I never been inside but only could imagine how much cleaner it could be considering their drive thru. Plenty of parking. Staff is friendly

HORRIBLE! The email below that I just sent Corporate pretty much illustrates the experience I had there today. ___________________________________________________ I purchased some food from the Carl’s Jr located at 11224 S. Western Ave. CA90047. It has been the WORST and LAST time I ever visited a Carl’s Jr. When I went to pick up my order, the employee mentioned to me that they were out of bottled water and the soda machine was dispensing lemonade; no big deal. When I got home. I emptied my orange soda onto another cup and as I did that, I noticed that there was a piece of meat inside the cup. I called the Carl’s Jr. immediately to speak with the supervisor. I asked him his name, and he rudely said, «what do you need my name for». I said, «I just purchased some food there and I found a piece of meat in my drink and I need to find out who I am speaking with». He said,“YOU don’t need to know my name, I am the manager here and just tell me what you want”. I said, «I don’t like your attitude so I am calling Corporate». He then says to me «you call corporate then» and hangs up on me. This has been by far the WORST service and food experience I have ever encountered EVER. Please don’t have management from that location call me to handle this situation. I need someone from corporate to do so. If I or any of my family members get sick from having that meat in the soda, you will further hear from me.

This Carl’s Jr. has higher prices than neighboring franchises, seems to be grossly understaffed with the slowest and unfriendly service you’ve ever encountered. There are transients that hang out in the dining area. The fries are always cold and I got a Western Bacon cheeseburger today with stale onion rings. I waited 10 minutes to place my order and another 15 to actually receive the order. I would have gone elsewhere but I had a taste for Carl’s Jr. At least my order wasn’t wrong.

For some reason every time I go here it takes them forever to get people their food. They are very slow and I try to avoid this location at all costs, but my brother loves their food. I’m not a huge fan of Carl’s Jr. anyway.

This place is definitely in need of some help. Their customer service sucks! They don’t let u finish your order in drive thru before speaking/asking questions. It’s been times when I had 2 say I’m not finished then finish my order. Don’t rush me! Then after all that they MESSUPMYORDER. Get it together they don’t even deserve a «star».

This place has stiff competition because of the Burger King across the street. But it’s Carl’s Jr. It seems like this place has more variety to offer than anything else. It’s situated in a great area too, never a lot of traffic flow and the parking lot never gets full. Drive-thru can be a little slow sometimes though.
