The slowest and incompetant drive thru service for early morning breakfast runs. The inside is old and dirty and needs remoldeling especially those nasty crushed velvet seat cushions. They need faster more alert employees that can speak clearly for the early mornings. Very poor. The mornings lady never understands the difference between syrup and jelly requests. They made me late to work on 2 occassions waiting and waiting and waiting…

I’m never surprised when I go to any McDonalds. This just happens to be a location that I only stop by to order fries and the sweet tea. The inside is dirty and service is always slow. The drive-thru is no different. The icing on the cake is when employees can barely speak clear English to assist. Why waste my time!!! And what happened to the days when cashiers would actually COUNT your change to you?

McDonald’s is McDonald’s no matter where you go. Some are better than others. This location is so-so. The wait time in this drive thru is usually 10 minutes. Today the wait time was no different, except my fries were burned and stale. So disappointed. :(

I never go to McDonald’s anymore, but since I was in the area and was dying for some coffee, I decided to drive through real quick… though it wasn’t real quick. Only 3 cars ahead of me and I sat for at least 10 minutes BEFORE I could even order. In fact, I have been sitting here so long that I am typing this review… as I sit and wait. Now, that’s a significant wait. Finally ordered. The lady was nice. Got to the window, an older Hispanic lady greeted me with a sincere smile. That was nice. Sat and waited for my coffee behind one car that was in front of me, but that wait wasn’t too bad. The guy who handed me my coffee needs better training in customer service, starting with greeting the customer and acknowledging when a customer tells you«thank you!» Three stars for the lady who took my order and my money. She had the best customer service skills out of all of them!

The restaurant indoor seating area smelled real bad like mildew. The drinking fountain was a complete mess, and was out of ice. I will not be return to this location… SMH

This is hands down the single nastiest McDonald’s on the map. Don’t even think about letting your kids play in the play area. It’s a happy place for filth and bacteria. I was so grossed out I left. That’s when I realized they didn’t give me all my food.

Staff needs better training! I don’t like to complain about food service establishments but I just spent $ 13 on 3 coffee drinks that are supposed to be sweet but taste sugar free. This is the second occurrence of this week. Lesson I learned was don’t come back to this location.

This is the worst location that I have been to in my life. Not only do they serve cold breakfast but whenever you place an order in the drive thru, be prepared to have to pull out of line and wait for them to bring your food out to your vehicle… They have very poor business ethics and need serious coaching on how a franchise should be properly ran… There are better locations to go then here…

I ordered two large meals at the drive thru, and I was given the two burgers, two drinks, and one medium and one large fries that was filled 2⁄3 of the way. I yet have to make a complaint to McDonald’s corporate headquarters about their overall incompetence and laziness. If you can avoid this McDonalds altogether, please do so and go to the one on Century and Western.
