My mom and I come here a lot to eat.
She ordered her salad while I love ordering the 3 piece combo with 2 sides. Kind of expensive, but hey, I get a nice portion of chicken and mac and cheese, plus rice.
I always get full and I love the cashiers here, they are very friendly and don’t give us looks when we are regulars.
This location is very clean and I love the music they play in their location. Very friendly staff.

Stay away from the drive-​thru @ all costs! You will wait for an eternity for them to get your order wrong anyway! I should know better than to go to the pollo loco by my house!

Been going to this location since they opened. Within the last couple of years the service has gotten horrible! The person (s) working the drive-​thru has cut me off several times in the middle of an order. The speaker system is horrible. It takes extremely too long in the drive-​thru. One time I spent 15 minutes waiting for my food, no apology. One time I got no apologies. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier but I find myself repeating my order several times. The only reason I go there is because it’s close to home and I don’t feel like fighting traffic. If the bad service continues I will bite the bullet and start going to another store. I’m sure this is not the first nor will it be the last. Fix it or I’m going to another store!!!

I have visited this place multiple times; and I keep forgetting how bad the service is. I am just now pulling away from this place SO MAD because someone was playing on the intercom. Without me even ordering anything she tells me I ordered something before I even ordered; «Loco salad and what else?» Me, I didn’t order a Loco Salad…
It went on and on and on until I drove off…

Last time I went was maybe two weeks ago. Ordered an avocado quesadilla and fucking «A» was that thing good. The hottie at the drive thru window (Maria I think) gets 5 stars as well for being courteous, pleasant, and hawt as fuck!

My husband and I tried the new came asada burritos tonight and were both disappointed. His tortilla and meat was burned. My meat was tender but the rest of the contents of the burrito were completely bland. It really had no flavor at all. For $ 15 for two burritos I definitely feel like I wasted my money and should have just gone to the corner taco place. It also took 20 – 25 minutes to get through the drive thru, with about 5 cars in front of me. At least the girl at the window was nice.

We do a lot of large group lunches and this has been one of the best El Pollo Locos we have utilized. Please note that it is in Los Angeles and not in El Segundo. It’s a difference of about 9 miles.

Should be call El Slow’o Loco, each time I have been here, and each time they are slow I really should stop coming here, with that being said, the special that they have going on, 3 course meal, 8pc. chicken, 4 flour tort., lg. beans, lg. rice, and a avocado salad, and the chocolate nachos with mexican chocolate and marsmellow which was SO good kinda sweet, I would get the chocolate nachos again. and again.

Man this place was packed, but how pollo loco’s go its a good place. They try to move the lines as fast as they can. Chicken had that signature flavor. House Salsa made perfectly. Glad to see this coming down the road and stopping for lunch.
