Change is good. They went through some changes and I must say that their service has improved a LOT. Keep it up!

This place is alright. The servers are very friendly. I really only come here because I work upstairs and it is convenient to eat here when I forget a lunch, am on the go, or the heat deters me from walking. It is a bit overpriced. I like to get the grilled cheese with avocado added to it. That’s the best and most reasonable meal I can get there. Also, they sell fresh out of the oven cookies at half price after 2:30.

The ownership has changed there is a new manager who is very friendly and customer service oriented. The burger is quite good for an office building burger.

Very convenient for me as I work in dtla. Very nice people, always greets me when I come in. I usually get there breakfast sandwich. There chicken teriyaki is probably my favorite here. I have yet to try there burgers but my co workers tell me there good. Friendly environment and decent prices food. Good place to stop and get food when you are in a hurry

For a small, on the go kitchen, this place has some pretty good food. It is really jut your typical café style food, nothing too special but everything I have had so far is great and the customer service is wonderful.

The owners don’t care and neither will you. It recently reopened after changing ownership. It’s a small greasy-spoon kind of café. The only thing that keeps this place open, like most of the little cafés in DTLA, is the companies that rent office spaces in the surrounding buildings. Anywho, when you walk into this place it smells like dirty French fry grease. The coffee is as good as Folgers instant coffee, and as much as a grande coffee from Starbucks. The costumer service is just okay, but don’t expect to be greeted with a smile when you walk in. There tends to always be at least five people working here at one time but it doesn’t seem any of them notice what a wreck the place is. There are broken cabinets and cleaning products just randomly sitting behind the counter in plain sight to the customer. You’ll also notice there is no signage just paper menus to view while you’re standing in line. At first I gave them a pass because they just opened so I thought maybe they needed time to get things together. Uh no… it’s been months and the broken cabinets are still there. I’m always leary of places with small kitchens that have too many inconsistent options on their menu. It’s easier to cross contaminate foods in a smaller kitchen(larger kitchens have different prep areas for their foods to avoid this) so that’s why the menu concerns me. Breakfast — They have the typical breakfast items burritos, bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, etc.(BTW no fresh fruit). 1 out of 5, I give their breakfast a 3. This isn’t much of a compliment because how can you possibly mess up eggs and bacon. Lunch — You can get burgers(beef, turkey, veggie) and fries, ramen w/gyoza, teriyaki chicken, burritos, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, etc. 1 out of 5, I give their lunch a 3, because their veggie burgers are pretty good. The average price for lunch(a burger, fries and drink) will cost you about $ 7 — $ 10. The food isn’t horrible but unless you work in the building there is no need to stop. Keep walking you’ll get better food at the lunch truck up the street.
