Located in the Koreatown Plaza. This is the only Benetton in Southern California. Benetton has quality European style formal wear. Their suits, fitted shirts and skirts flatter anyone but it can be expensive. You pay for quality. I’ve never regretted any purchase from this store and the customer service is always amazing.

Finally discovered my love for shopping through this store. Cardigans are extremely comfortable, and even the wool material is very soft on your skin. Suit pant and jackets are very form-fitting; if anything needed alterations, they do it for a cheap price($ 7 – 8 i believe). Trench coats come very trendy nowadays — at a fair price. 5 stars for customer service; another 5 stars for this brand of apparel.

So I decided to help stimulate our economy a bit by walking into Benetton. For guys, they really only have a suit selection here. But what a suit collection it is. Yes, Benetton ain’t a Yankee. It’s one of THOSE Euro brands, so their suits and shirts are more fitted and tailored to fit very well. I dropped by while they were having a sale and got a suit for a little less than $ 220 after tax($ 201 was the final price). Given the quality, I felt it was pretty reasonable… no alterations or tailoring were necessary. The saleslady Soyoung(yes, that really was her name) was very helpful; overly helpful at times, but great. Pretty sure she gets hefty commission for a sale.

I absolutely adore this brand. You see, when I was a wee child, I wore this brand like it was a frickin’ religion. But those days are gone. Rather, I select a few articles here and there. The use of colors ranges from impossibly bright to a smoldering darkness. I really like their skirts and blazers. They flatter the figure and are extremely comfortable. However, they don’t come cheap. Expect to pay about $ 50 and up.
