Amazing, the duck fat fries just taste so good, I just can not get enough. Haven’t had a lot of the other foods though.

They give out samples of the crispy garlic pork belly and braised ginger pork belly. I personally like the crispy garlic pork belly a bit more. The first time I came here I ordered the pork belly sliders and they were really good! I loved the sauce they used and the fries were skinny (I always prefer thicker fries hahaha). The pork belly was perfectly fried and it was just the right amount of fat :).
The second time I came, I ordered the white truffle crispy garlic pork belly bowl. The white truffle fried rice wasn’t as bad as I expected! The white truffle oil tasted very SUBTLE, which I like because I actually hate white truffle oil hahahaha. The fried egg was lightly seasoned with furikake and perfectly cooked as when you stab your fork into it, the yolk just bursts and spreads all over the fried rice and pork belly. YUMMYYY. And to add on more of a kick, you should put sriracha!!! That seriously made the meal 10x better. The only thing I must say is that the salad dressing was a bit too strong so I don’t recommend you put a lot of it onto the salad unless you tried it and really like it.
Belly Flop is a great place to eat for lunch at the Farmer’s Market and to pay with credit/​debit card, it is .50 cents extra. However, this place surely has to compete with the other delicious food stands at the Farmer’s Market, but it is unique in that no other place offers pork belly that will melt in your mouth.

I tried a sample of the garlic pork belly and I was sold! It was super flavorful and juicy. I got the bowl which comes with fried rice, salad, and fried egg. I cannot emphasize the flavor packed in the bowl enough! I am definitely going back for some more. :]

Had the pork belly bowl and it was great. Comes with rice, a fried egg, veggies and pork belly. The taste was good and the portions were decent. They also have some pork belly sandwiches and duck fat fries that I’ll try next time.
