Mark’s Food for All

Sadly, I found out that Mark and his food truck will no longer be frequenting the Fox lot. I loved the food. The meatloaf, the taco salad, the chilaquiles, potato salad, breakfast burritos, those homemade hot salsa’s with the «X» on the cup and pretty much everything Jeanette cooked up will be missed. But most of all I’ll miss the people. Mark, Jeanette and Frank, thank you for all the good food, good talks and sharing life through your years on the lot.

My favorite breakfast burrito in Los Angeles.

Real family owned business! I feel like my mom is cooking in its kitchen and my dad is manning the cashier. Amazing prices and they always make the food they way you wanted, no questions asked and no extra charges. Great breakfast spot if you are on the lot. Love the egg, cheese and veggie burrito!

Starting at 10am in the Fox Lot… Great breakfast burritos for $ 4 (vegetarian with egg, veggies, potato, cheese and Jalapenos) You can’t beat it and it keeps you full till way past lunch time. Great service, quality food, and a good price. That’s a great combination you can’t beat

Best food ever! Jeanette really knows how to cook great tasting food and makes it with love. The 2 hot salsas she makes from scratch are out of this world! Besides that she is diligent about her food quality, making sure things are up to her high standards and expectations. Nearly everything is handmade from scratch daily. Keep an eye out for her «special» specials that she does when feeling generous ;)
I don’t know what Mega-​Man X. Is talking about… the prices are ridiculously cheap! And definitely cheaper then the over priced Fox food. A majority of their menu is usually under $ 5 bucks, including their lunch specials, and their portions are huge! Jeanette even has a «Weight Watchers» menu for those looking out for their waistline :)
Update: Mark now accepts credit cards with his handy new little iPhone cc charger… bonus!
Bottom-​line: with Jeanette’s amazing food and sharp sense of humor there is no need to go anywhere else!!!

only ate here once because of the prices and the burrito that I got tasted like one of Tina’s brand frozen burritos… Del Taco ½ pund red’s taste better… salsa tasted like raw tomato paste…
lady working inside is nice, but the old dude out front with the change purse fanny pack is pretty grumpy…
also, prices here are pretty taxed on, aka more expensive then the fox subsidized eateries on the lot…
it is cheaper and you get better quality to eat at the fox sponsered restaurants from my experience

I feel like I may get banned from the Fox lot for giving this truck 3 stars.
I felt like getting some Mexican food today and saw all the good reviews on Mark’s truck so I decided to give it a whirl. Now, I used to work construction so I have had a range of different truck food before and Marks was good, just not 5 stars good.
I decided to get the chicken taco and the Steak burrito supreme. The burrito was a lot tastier then the taco, but both were pretty good.
Marks is a good alternative to the other food places on the lot. I will definitely try them again. Maybe for breakfast next time.

The best and the friendliest of all trucks. Amazing!

The TRUCK has never failed to please me. Sometimes, I head towards News Café with the intention of getting food there… but I suddenly smell the truck. And my walk is cut short.
Things I love:
Breakfast burritos
Breakfast sandwiches
Buffalo chicken sandwich
Chicken burrito (that red sauce is so good!)
And the Hub’s Family fresh juice… the blueberry flavor is amazing!
Quick, easy, cheap. And Jeanette’s food really sticks to the ribs.

Mark & Jeanette know what’s up. The daily specials are always a winner but they have an expansive menu so you can always get what you want. They’ll make anything for ya at any time, which is great for those early crew call days. My favorite is the blazin’ buffalo chicken wrap, they don’t skimp on the heat. Classic lunch food done quick and tasty, check it out if you’re on the FOX lot. Cash only, you can usually get a full lunch for a «six dollar bill» (to quote Mark.)

OH. MY. GOD. If I could eat from «the truck» everyday of my life, I would. Mark and Jeanette do a fabulous job. I am addicted to their carnita’s tacos with chips and salsa. I don’t believe they do any thing special to any of their food, but I think that is why it is so good!
If you’re ever on the FOX lot for lunch — skip Moe’s, News Café, and the Commissary — head directly for Mark’s Food For All (aka «the truck»).
Good to know: the truck moves to different spots around the lot, so be patient, it’ll come. Also, they only accept cash. It is also cheaper in price compared to the «restaurants» on the lot.

Mark’s Food for All… always there when you need them… unless of course they happen to be someplace else on the lot. «The Truck» will always satisfy whatever craving you may have though… from salads, to burritos, to sandwiches, to hot foods, they’ve got it all. Make sure to follow the proper ordering etiquette or you will upset Jeanette (and you def don’t want to jeopardize the quality of your spicy chicken ranch wrap). Mark will always put a smile on your face too — and now with the new frequent customer punch cards you can have it all — reasonable prices and great food!

Mark has done it. And he’s done it for us all.
The specials are superb and well priced (written on a notepad and taped to the window). Just make sure you have cash.
Jeanette is the hardest working woman on the FOX lot and you’ll taste it in every bite.
The truck beats all over locations on the lot.
