1.) These are condos, not apartments
2.) The neighborhood is fine. People who indicate otherwise associate «Blacks» with «bad», as such they end up not knowing what they are talking about.
3.) Condos are nice, really well done
The area is not «Crenshaw» it’s Baldwin Hills, lots of historic homes in the neighborhood.

Beautiful apartments! Was invited for a networking party here and we can tour the facility. Great Penthhouse, Pool, a small gym.
An high end apartments in a not so great neighborhood… Crenshaw.
The HOAs fee are very high!
