Do not go to this Dr. !!! I repeat do not go to this Dr!!! If you were previously a patient of Dr. Pyne you should know that he has retired and his services are no long being offered. I called a week ago to confirm my appt. And was shocked when I got their voicemail with a recording for a different doc. And medical group. I spoke to the staff and they assured me my patient files were still there and the new doc. Was offering the same services. I showed up for my appt. And was charged the $ 100 fee which I payed before seeing the doc. The doctor was very rude and weird. Refused to give me any services and refused to refund me my $ 100. She did the same thing to the 2 patients after me. It was a nightmare for me, I drove 2 hrs. In traffic and lost $ 100. I have a legitimate health issue, I just had surgery and I am supposed to be on bed rest but I had to get paper work taken care of so I went to my appointment. All she did was scold me like a child, steal my money, and turn me away. I understand this is a different medical group and diffent doc. So there for they don’t offer the same services but they assured me they offer the same services. Not even close, the only thing that is the same is the poor nice lady at the front desk who is stuck working for a nut job. Dr. Pyne was a wonderful doctor it sucks that he’s gone and it’s a shame his patients are getting treated like this. Please be careful don’t pay until you get the services you need!

the best experience i have ever had at a doctors office. The staff is wonderful The doctors are so patient and give you all the time you need. Such a caring place. I love it !

The service is ABSOLUTELY professional and business like extremely important these days… I want to extend my utmost respect appreciation for services rendered fast and definitely reliable Dr. Tim .Dr Covington… nurses erica, tyra anyone and everyone else i know im forgetting… god bless you gals and and guys
