I work in the building where this store is so I initially shopped here out of convenience. After coming several times the owners started to remember me and learned my name. Now we always greet each other by our first names. No other convenience store in this area has friendlier or is more deserving of my business.
The prices on some items might be a little higher than other places, but I’d gladly pay it to be be treated so well and sincerely.

This store has my vote for best convenience store around the area because it had everything you need plus the friendliest customer service. I go here during my breaks and after work. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The new owners accommodate customers’ requests for items. Particularly their gift section had improved since it’s changed management. They have trendy and reasonably priced fashion scarves and jewelry. It saves me a trip the mall for small birthday gifts or other events.

I like this place because they usually have what I am looking for around lunch time which is a beverage and/​or chips.
It’s a great convenience store to have attached to such a big office building and I like that they usually carry stamps for sale which saves me a walk to the post office at the WTC.
Always nice people and good customer service. Beware of some of the expiration dates on food items.

This is actually on the 1st street side of the building. It’s a mom & pop 7 – 11 type of store: bottled cold drinks, snacks, paperbacks and magazines, gum & candy, and lotto tickets. There is a so-​so selection of dusty office supplies and cards and gifts. Nothing that will wow you. But sometimes I just don’t want to go to 7 – 11 with all the vagrants begging for money, so I go the opposite direction to pick up my Cherry Coke and Lotto ticket. Not as slick as 7 – 11, but you will probably find what you’re looking for.
