Just fair, I dont get the great reviews, I really like the massage chair part of the experience, they dont have them, and the chairs they use are pretty uncomfortable. Its a bit rushed due to the popularity of the place.

[UPDATE 2÷7÷2016: I wanted to update this review because the owner promptly and immediately got back to me. She apologized and offer a refund, which is totally polite because in retrospect, who knows how I got the infection but lo and behold I’m still breathing. I didn’t lose a finger, I’m fine. I’ll likely be going back to be honest: I miss the atmosphere and Gigi’s pedicures.]I used to enjoy going here because of the quality of work and the pleasant and upscale atmosphere. It was more pricey than the typical nail place but not by much ($ 30 for a stiletto as opposed to $ 25 for example). I used to go to specific people (Cindy, Hana, a few others), but a couple of times I’d have someone work on my nail that hasn’t. Usually I’d always feel comfortable as everyone seemed to take pretty good care to be sanitary. Well whatever was in the sanitary tools that were opened may not have been, or else something else was contaminated? I got a gel manicure and had my cuticles clipped. They were a little tender on a few but after a day they were fine, except for one. It was pretty red but I assumed it would go away. After a few days it became very tender but I didn’t see much. Another couple of days and it’s swollen and it looks white. I decided I needed to lance it. Dipped some cuticle clippers in alcohol and soaked for a minute. Sprayed my finger with alcohol. Slightly cut into it and it popped like a zit. I wish I would have take a photo of the amount of puss that came out of my finger. I did however post a photo of the aftermath. You can see a little hole and some ooze (sorry if it’s TMI haha). I cleaned it with alcohol again and dabbed the moisture away, applied Neosporin and a band aid. I am looking for a new salon. This gel manicure was $ 39. I didn’t even get a fill I just asked her to file the acrylic and apply gel over it. 2 stars for great atmosphere and nice service (they’ve always been kind and service is always good in my experience). –3 stars because I now highly question the cleanliness of this salon. I’m sorry to have had this experience here. :(

My new go to place for acrylics and pedicure. They have a ton of nail polishes to choose from. The chairs were soft and comfy.
The staff was kind, friendly and listened to what I wanted. The place was hygienic and clean. I recommend making an appointment they are always super busy. The prices were average compared to other nail shops.

I’m live in Michigan and was in town because I was the maid of honor in my cousins wedding. My sister took me there since this is her favorite spot and I can see why. I can honestly, say I had my best mani and pedi service here! I did shellac on my finger nails and regular pedi they did a phenomenal job. I showed them a picture from Pinterest and she did a great job recreating the picture. My nails look great (bride approved) and it’s been three weeks and other than new growth they still they look awesome. I’m going to go get my nails redone tomorrow and I’m sad to see them go!

I just got my nails done and an so happy! They look perfect and Ti was so fast which is a huge plus – because I have a really hard time sitting still. Everything is clean and professional and all manicurists had good hygiene and weren’t eating food or «gossiping». I walked in and had no wait but it was a Wednesday at 12:30. I will definitely be back and make an appointment. :)

This place gets packed! Line out the door this morning when they opened. I’d always recommend an appointment.
Tina is our favorite for a pedicure! She does a great job.
Big comfy chairs chairs with pillows (no creepy massage chairs here), pedi bowls with fresh liners for each client, & they always offer you a drink. Sadly someone complained about the wine & champagne they served so that was shut down.
Bring cash to tip, you can’t add the tip to a credit card charge & if you use their ATM fee is steep.

Popped in on an early Friday morning with my future MIL. I got a gel manicure and a pamper me pedi and she got a pamper me pedi.
Sam, my manicurist was thorough and helped me pick out a color that matched my toes. She was meticulous and did a great job.
I forgot who did my toes but she really went at it with the callus remove/​pumice stone which I love. Get those bad boys smooth. She even broke the pumice stone/​scrubber. She massaged my feet with deep pressure which I also enjoyed.
Definitely a pampered experience and if I’m ever back in the area I’ll drop in.

Heidi did a great job with my nails. I got a really cute pink and silver glitter gel manicure. She was really friendly and made sure I was okay/​I liked my nails throughout the whole manicure.
I do got to say that it is expensive. But it is convenient and close to me, so I would probably go back.

Very great service here at Kiwi! I’ve been getting my nails done religiously at a salon by my house but my manager insisted that I try this nail spa as they last long and still look great. I decided to give it a try and loved it.
It’s all about the experience here and you feel very pampered and relaxed while getting your nails done. They have a very large selection of quality name brand GEL and regular polish.
