I come here cuz I’m hungry I always get the famous bowl I sit there and eat but every time I come here, again EVERYTIME I come here, they always give the wrong order … The team is not organized at all you can hear them arguing in the back but understandable when one messes up but this place really needs to get organized with a real team and get organized. They don’t know what order is what and what’s given out. Here is a tip so you guys don’t give the wrong order to your clients. CHECKTHEIRRECEIPTNUMBERDONTJUSTSAYTHEORDER. Check the number n the receipts! That’s one step into getting organized. My order has been good but the team needs severe help. I’m a manager myself.

We went through the drive thru tonight hungry and wanting some chicken. It was cleary dead as far as business was going, as we could see no one inside and the one other person in the drive thru drove off as we pulled up. We tried placing our order, after the first item was ordered the man, who said his name was Kenny, gave us a total and tried to cut us off. We told him we weren’t done and tried to complete our order. After the second item, again he gave us a total and this time refused to acknowledge us as we tried to finish the rest of our order. We drove up to the window and said he was trying to put together our order. We told him we hadn’t finished our order, which he did not acknowledge at which point we just drove off. We came to order food, and if you aren’t going to let us order, then why would stay?

This place is for the BIRDS! Is it too much to have the prices listed where everyone else can know how much things are. I spent so much time asking for the price of this and that(without the meal). JUSTHAVEITLISTED. The floor was dirty. Communication sucked. The Drive Thru is S L O W! KFC, next stop — way, way, way down hill.

I don’t find this KFC to be very clean or the staff very professional. I have come here both in the drive-thru and dining in and experiences the same things. When you ask for more of something they question you and give attitude. On every occasion I’ve used the bathroom the toilet has had urine all over it and toilet paper scattered on the floor. I understand fast food places are what they are… FAST but 2 things that should ALWAYS happen at any business is the staff to be courteous and professional towards customers and the bathrooms to be clean. Is that asking too much?

if 0 was possible that would be my rating for this place. I never go to Kentucky Fried Chicken I think it’s overpriced but I decided to try it this time. We ordered the family pack $ 27. The guy in the drive thru says half and half I said no all crispy. He replies and I quote: half and half is all you can get if you want or crispy you’re going to have to wait 25 minutes. He said this with an attitude I was just asking why am I going to pay $ 27 for something I don’t want. And how can they run out of chicken? Don’t they have a system in place when they’re low to cook more! This place needs management really fast. If the owner of this establishment or store manager reads this email I was there about 730 on November 25th it was the guy in the drive thru that was very rude. I will never visit this establishment again or try but at least you can make it better for the next person

KFC is KFC. If you happen to go, and the manager isn’t there, it’s chaos. No one knows what’s going on… Cashier can’t multitask, food is low, drive-thru is backed up, chicken is old or is cooking which you’ll have to wait almost ½ hr for. Good luck!

Long line at the drive thru and customer service was the redeeming factor. The lady at the drive thru window was pleasant and attentive to what we needed. This type of contact makes the difference in the experience. The hot wings we ordered were good and chicken bites were decent size

I understand it’s fast food but these people are probably the stupidest people to ever work with food in the service industry. I guess the order of no mayonnaise add cheese confused everybody and restaurant and they gave us double mayonnaise no cheese with ripped bread that looked like it had been nibbled on by rats. I won’t ever go to any KFC ever again in my life just because of this one this is stupid fast food is supposed to be easy and they have people here that are dumber than a bucket of shrimp.

It is what it is, KFC no longer the Kentucky Fried Chicken we all use to love and hate. Anyway it’s Monday and on Mondays I order the Monday deal, that’s right, you mean you didn’t know well it’s a off the menu non advertised deal. it’s actually an online promotion and no coupon needed. Just tell Mean Marie I want the Monday deal and explain it to her so she can’t get all, «well you should have told me before… Shut up, take my order. I want the Monday Deal extra crispy with mac n cheese as my side to go please. I said to go the first time.» I normally don’t hate on anyone esp in the food service industry cause I know it’s hard work and all but she’s a mean one inside her polite kind words. I leave it at that. Everyone else was nice and pleasant from the Manager helping the cooks in the back to the clerk pulling your orders after mean Marie took your order. Today also sucked cause you couldn’t even park in the parking lot because they were repaving it, so no drive thru window available. Oh btw can you please turn the sign off, thanks. Anyway the Monday deal is 2pc chicken, leg and thigh with side and biscuit for $ 2.99 what a deal. The Colonel is gone mad!

People are complaining about KFC and giving them low reviews. Could it be about the fried chicken heck no say it ain’t so. This restaurant has been around forever and it’s true with age comes wisdom Lately KFC has committed to making the public a better quality of «fried chicken» eliminating hydrogenated fat. I can taste a difference in this re-worked recipe but it’s still pretty darn good. My KFC treat I ordered a combo meal with two tender pieces of juicy original recipe fried chicken that’s delicious hot or cold and a refreshing strawberry soda to wash it down. Mashed potatoes and gravy that taste alright but it’s so familiar I get over that and enjoy it after I add a dash of pepper to the gravy. Next up a spoonful of sweet and crunchy cole slaw after I drain the excess liquid it’s perfect with that chicken. This isn’t the Ritz and I’m not delusional it’s KFC I’m dipping into the relatively un-healthy pool for a quick swim I can’t eat this way this all time I just want to visit. Lol I mean you can call a duck a chicken all you want but it’s a freaking duck. KFC is what it is… My new obsession Are those chicken littles they layer crunchy chicken breast between sweet bread a dash of mayonnaise and sour pickles it’s an odd combination of savory sweet deliciousness. I like the potato wedges and the fried apple pies too but I have moved on. The grilled chicken This is the only thing I won’t try at KFC because I’m not interested in beef flavored grilled chicken I order flame broiled chicken at El Pollo Loco they are the masters of the grill stay in your lane KFC stay in your lane. Just sayin… The complaints Come on It’s a fast food spot its always crowded especially during a lunch rush and at times my order isn’t right to avoid any irritation on my part I always check my order before I leave. Until next time KFC I’ll see you in August visiting once or twice a year works for me.

The food is good but the customer service is horrible especially in the drive-through! I just had to wait 10 minutes at the drive-through window without being acknowledged by the cashier! Why does it take a long time for the food it to get to the car when their business is just cooking chicken? I do not know if I will ever return to this KFC!

The cashier dropped the change I handed her. I gave her exact change to get dollars back. She hands me a handful of change and so I proceeded to tell her I gave exact change. I was called a liar, right there in the drive through… She was awful and rude.

Wish I could give them something lower than 1 star worst customer service EVER! plus I ordered 3 kfc famous bowls, one with no corn and extra gravy the other two just regular so first off the dude that works there is a asshole he put way TOOMUCHGRAVY that it was so disgusting and the other two he put the same xtra gravy smh and only gave us literally 4 pieces of chicken on top I was so livid by the situation I will NVR go back to that one !!!

I stopped by this location on my way back to the office and I will never go back! Employee Maria was awful! The first 2 items I ordered, were not available… at 1:30 in the afternoon, I find hard to believe. I’ve ordered the chicken bowl with BBQ sauce instead of gravy several times, but according to Maria it could not be done. She is definitely not an employee that I would have representing my business. Besides the unpleasant ordering experience, the boneless chicken was gross. It was dry and seemed like it was fried in old grease… YUK! Keep on driving!

This location is nothing different then the other’s! During peak hours the drive through can get long! Seems like as the years have gone by, KFC chicken is getting greaser by the years! Heck, pretty soon they are going to be like Churches!!! Ouch! Over all the service is decent, and the food is OK. Isn’t that what we are looking for in fast foods???

I loved KFC growing up bit over the years I have noticed a changed in the flavor and the quality of the food. When i do let my craving for KFC take over I hate that I’m always worried if the chicken is cooked all the way! I hate biting into a piece of chicken and all sorts of greasy like juices are squirting out! Ewwww… So… My solution: KFC bites! Or popcorn chicken. I still get my fix & the KFC bites taste just like the original recipe. The staff here are all very nice. Give extra pieces. And keep the restaurant pretty clean. I haven’t used the restroom here since i live pretty close. But I do notice that some curb folks do come in to use it often. Great staff. Great food! Feeds my FIX!

What, nobody has been to this KFC before? It actually is a pretty good location, it’s never super duper busy and it’s in a nice neighborhood(Bixby Knolls). I have come here whenever I feel like KFC and often pass other locations. There are a few cons with this location. Towards the end of the day they start running out of stuff, which always sucks. I’ve even came here and they’ve told me we have no chicken left. That is sorta unacceptable so that is the reason the loss of a star or two.

I haven’t eaten any KFC in over a year and I do not plan on eating anymore KFC for well over a year. This place had horrible service, bad food, and couldn’t even get my order right. The person who took my order was ok, but it was the guy who was filling my order. He looked like he was stoned and had this glazed look on his face. The only thing he got right on my order was my sides, he did not even count right, because when I got home I count seven pieces in my bucket, when I order an eight piece meal. Its ok I really don’t miss that eighth piece, the chicken was salty and wet and greasy. Not good at all. Like I said I haven’t eaten KFC in over a year and this location makes me not want to eat KFC again for years.

Only thing from these guys gracing my Sh*t List is the fact they have Mountain Dew. Good ‘olé Pecchi said it best, «They always fuck you in the drive thru!» Not that they fucked me up, but they fucked up. Here’s the scoop from my last(and final) visit. I get off work about 9pm, my hungry ass is here at 9:30pm to get me some KFC. Figure a couple Snackers and a 5-piece hot wings would fit the bill. A few cars in the drive-thru, gal at the squawk-box dutifully takes my order. Then it’s a 15 minute wait… in the drive thru. Hell, should’ve just got out of the car and ordered in. Get to the window and the gal is about to hand me a drink. «Uh, I didn’t order a drink… two Snackers and a 5-piece hot wings». Gal get the«Oh, shit» look on her face and closes the window. I didn’t hear much, but there seemed to be some sort of misunderstanding amoung the staff. Misunderstanding…nah, more like a Charley Foxtrot(that’s cluster-fuck to you’s that don’t know a ton of miliatry jargon. now you know some!). Thing that got my goat is that they didn’t apologize or take any type of personal responsibility. That’s shit that really pisses me off. Yah, I’m done with this location. If the Colonel were alive, I’d think he’d smack someone upside the head with a gravy-coated laddle!
