I went in and was the only person by the time I left 10+ people were behind me and two had to go in front of me. They didn’t have several ingredients ready. They ran out of deli wrap paper and shoved my footlong sandwich into cookie wrappers. Tomato sauce and meatballs everywhere but the inside of the sandwich. Asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t come out. So one of the employees had to speak to me in her place. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Lady who helped me had major attitude. No greeting. She was irritated with me taking 2 secs deciding on which bread I wanted even though no one else was waiting in line. She never asked me if I wanted a combo or not — which I didn’t, and she gave me a drink cup with it. It all happened so fast and I didn’t even catch up to her til she rang me up. I didn’t complain about the combo, whatever, but I did ask her to change it to a bottled water. She was even more irritated and told me next time to tell her and slammed my receipt on the counter. Wtf. Never Again. So many other Subways to choose from.

HORRIBLE service! Every time I come here they get slower and slower. Not only did my daughter and I walk out today, but so did other customers behind me. No one welcomed me when I walked into subway like they typically do. They ignored us. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was heated. I had already mentioned to the girl that I was getting irritated having to wait for so long and she still did nothing. She was making a «to go» order that could have been put on hold to service customers that are actually there waiting in front of you!!! I guess that’s why they are making sandwiches at subway. No brains required. This subway use to have such an amazing staff. This will be the last time I ever go to this subway. I live literally down the street. Now I’m diving to spend my money at the other local subway. I DONOT recommended this subway at all. Unless you want to spend your day waiting in line.

Was very impressed with the customer service, probably the best customer service I had given to me in a LONG time. I believe I made a new«friend» yesterday night. The employee Isaac was being very polite, respectful and I enjoyed him making my sandwich, he’s very quick with his hands and knows how to spread the positive energy. The inside of the store looked very sharp and clean. Keep it up subway ! Will come back very soon !(:

The people here do really good work, despite the small location. I get amazing customer service, especially from Isaac and Vivian. Isaac, is all about making it an enjoyable experience as he makes a good effort to connect with the customers and to make a great looking sandwich. Totally positive attitude. I like to go to places with good people and this Subway is very good for that.

Sandwiches are made without issue but management needs to be re evaluated. Assistant Manager named Joseph was disciplining an employee in front of customers. Not very professional on etiquette.

Went in here after the gym. The line was held up by a manager in line being picky with her sandwich and giving her employees a hard time. They handled it well. The two idiots in front of me who sounded like they never been to subway before I was served slowed the line as well. As always I’m prepared to ease the stress on staff from picky customers and slow idiots by being polite and knowing what I want and not wasting time. Aside from that and the grouchy manager the staff was on point and THEY get my four stars for their service and especially for holding onto my wallet I mistakenly left behind once I came back it was the employees who gave me my wallet once they recognized me. They had asked the manager where the wallet was and she just shrugged her manly ass shoulders and replied«I dont know anything about anyone’s wallet» staff was great manly ogre manager ha she can Fuck off!

Horrible customer service. I went there in the evening and the guy making my chicken bacon ranch sandwich was frowning and angry. After he finish making the majority of my chicken bacon ranch sandwich, he said,“by the way we’re out of ranch.” 1– no need for the negative attitude and 2– if you know you don’t have any ranch, then don’t offer your customer a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.

NATALIE is not a Manager Material & needs to be reevaluated! Her GOD like syndrome sums it up on all Nalalie’s employees. I commend the hard workers there for as long as my Family & Friends have been loyal to this particular franchise/branch. Nick as the Owner, if possible, needs to be addressed to this issue. Unlike other subways I’ve been to, this location was especially great because their veggies were really fresh! The staff was polite and quick. The restaurant was kept clean. I enjoyed this subway a lot. It was delicious

I have been to this Subway a few times and they were decent but not this time. There was only 1 person waiting on people. 2 other girls are standing around talking to each other. It took for forever to get waited on. Then when I asked for the $ 3 sandwich special advertised on the website, they tell me that they don’t offer the web specials. So I walked out. There are plenty of other Subways in the area.

(This is just my experience and I understand others can differ) I came into this subway with my boyfriend at 10:35 and the employees had already almost finished closing. We could see them shaking their heads and complaining that we were coming in. We both had worked 12 hour shifts and although we sympathized with the employees we drove all the way over to go there so we went in. They made no attempt to welcome us and made us feel as if we were invading the whole time with comments such as «I really hope you guys are the last customers» «I really want to be at home» «we still have to clean after this» I understand there needs to be time for cleaning but that should be after store hours. As someone who has works in the food industry I can never imagine treating costumers like this. I even apologized multiple times for coming in a half hour before they closed both when I got there, while I was there and as I was paying. Nothing made this ladies attitude better. poor poor poor customer service.

I am not sure why this Subway has such bad reviews. I went here to eat several times. They accept EBT here(and also at all Subways, I think), and the 2 girls who were working there when I went were each keeping the place in good order. Bixby Knolls is a neighborhood in between Compton, Long Beach and Paramount, and it’s a really nice, quiet, quaint lower-crime type of place than some of the neighborhoods around.
