Supercuts

This place is hit and miss but after the last visit here, don’t think I’ll be back. Took my 4 year old there for a haircut who’s been getting cut since age of 2 and kept telling him «be still! Keep looking down!» When he wasn’t moving. She is an overweight person with purple-​ish hair. This is horrible experience #2 with this person and realize it was the same one we saw last time until she started yelling at my son!

First off this location has a great team but my issues with supercuts is their app. To say it nice it is trash. Supercuts corporate needs to update it. I don’t want you to always know where my location is to book a haircut. I get my haircut every 2 weeks which I feel is more often then most people but I have to leave my location on all the time. That doesn’t make sense. Even Starbucks has an opinion to use location only when the app is being used and I go to Starbucks every day. Additionally, please update your check in process and make it just add to a list with an estimated wait time. Not this bs that your appointment is at a time because we know that is not accurate as well. Supercuts it’s called an investment. Please step into this century and help your teams and mangers out. They just lost me because your poor app.

To start this review I would like to say they have very poor customer service. Not only were they all suck but the woman cutting my hair was very rude and made insulting «jokes» towards me. If I could put negative stars, I would.

I brought my son here yesterday for a haircut. After having a TERRIBLE experience earlier that day at Tangles for kids (I ended up walking out of the salon) the staff at Supercuts were so friendly and welcoming. Naomi, cut my son’s hair and she did such an amazing job. She talked to him the whole time and explained to him everything she was going to do before she did it. My son was so comfortable with her and she made him giggle and smile the whole time. She nailed his hair cut perfectly and did exactly what I asked her to do. I will definitely be coming back in a month for her to cut my son’s hair again. The salon was very clean and organized. The staff were very professional and sweet. We will see you guys again very soon! ;)

I come once a week for a tight 0 fade and an eyebrow wax from «Lacey». She’s amazing at what she does and I never leave dissatisfied. Extremely fast, yet patient and gentle; I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Also, in regards to some of the negative reviews; you know what they say, you get what you pay for. If you’re a penny-​pincher who likes mediocre haircuts, then go somewhere else. If you appreciate good work from highly trained and licensed Individual, then come to Supercuts.

Just had my first hair color by Kali even though the color surprised us she was willing to have me come back to get it right. After spending 2 hours in the saloon I am so excited to go back again everyone is fun!

I am amazed by my blended mohawk! I’m always getting compliments on my haircut. Definitely coming back again!

I can only speak for the standard $ 15 men’s haircut in this review. This is my first and last time I will try them. I would recommend great clips or anywhere else in the Lincoln area.
The hairstyles asked me what I wanted. I said, «#two (clipper length) on the sides and back. Fade down to a one at the bottom. A light trim on the top because I was growing it out, so I can style my hair.» She then asked me, «would a #8 (clipper length) on the top be okay? The 8 guard would barely cut the length, and even out the cut». I have not had a #8 used before (or clippers on the top), but agreed to her advice. It did not have the intended effect. She ignored my existing hair style (slightly longer in the middle & front, to allow for some style in the transition period). All she did was follow the contour of my head with clippers, cleaned up the edges, and she was done. I now look like a round fuzzy tennis ball on the top. She didn’t even fade down to a #one at the bottom (sides and back).
I will have to get another haircut this week to fix the following (1) fade down to a one at the bottom of the sides, back, and sideburns; (2) better blend the top and back (it is blended on one side & not done well on the other); (3) recut the top to make some style (not sure much can be done with the length that is left).
I give her a star because she was pleasant, but that is about all I can say that is positive.

I needed a pretty straight forward trim and I saw mostly good reviews for this Supercuts. I hadn’t been to a Supercuts in many years, but gave it a shot.
The hairstylists were all friendly and all seemed to have good humor. I appreciate a friendly personality when getting my hair cut, but the hairstylist that I had was very distracted with socializing with other stylists and patrons and resulted in a poor quality haircut for me, in my opinion.
I don’t believe that I have really high expectations, pretty much just a men’s standard haircut. The joking and socializing was excessive though and I really ended up dissatisfied with the haircut as the result. The hairstylist finished the haircut and never even cut the hair around my ears! Really, I have to ask to have the hair cut around my ears? Very sloppy haircut and it was obvious that my hair wasn’t her top priority at that moment. I ended up finishing my haircut myself at home. Not worth the money or waste of my time.

Got a simple men’s haircut from a stylist and it was the worst one I’ve had in over three years. I asked for a four on top and skin on the sides, w a medium height fade. The fading was all over the place and in different angles. I even had to ask for her to shave around my ears and the neck hair as well. Poor at best.

This place was so great!!!

Love this place… I even love the hair stylist (Sarah). She’s a great person and stylist she knows how I like my hair and she makes me feel at home when I walk in. She gives me great tips on how to do my hair. All the people who work here are great and makes me laugh… My mom, my grandma and I all go to Sarah for getting our hair cut and highlighted. Love love love her.

Great spot to get your hair cut. Never too long of a wait. I personally go with Danielle (with the piercings). She does a great job and is very personable.
I’m sure like all places not everything will always go smoothly, but the staff speak highly of their manager and seem to care about customer service. The one time I had an issue I brought it up with them and they took care of it right away.
