I drink Starbucks almost everyday and this location is the slowest and bad service ever. The employees are slow and always made wrong names on my coffee. Sometimes takes 15 minutes waiting and I have to ask where is my coffee? They just ignored or give you a upset face. Why they do that to me? Now I like to use my cellphone to older my coffee and pick up in store. Because this way I don’t have to talk to employees anymore. They don’t know how to respect customers and I guess this location without a manager.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks and always call it MY Starbucks:) They are always super friendly and quick when lines get long. I have to give a special shout out to Melanie! I just ordered 4 travelers over the phone for an event I’m having and she showed me wonderful customer service. She even arranged my order with the other Lincoln Starbucks to ensure all 4 travelers would be ready as early as possible. Service at it’s best!!! Thank you Melanie and the rest of this great staff!

I’ve been going here for over 2 months straight every morning and 3 out of 5 times I go they get my drink wrong. Even if it’s right on the tag the drink is wrong. I get a Valencia orange refresher with light ice no water. And almost every time it’s watered down. I have now gotten 2 free drinks because I called and complained. I wish they would just get it right. It’s the only Starbucks on my way to work. I hope they start paying attention. And another thing is they fill my cup all the way. It’s always low. When i ask them to fill it up they seemed. Annoyed. I pay 4 bucks for my drink I want it right and full

Slowest Starbucks ever. No one is in a hurry here, if you walk into a long line you might as well walk out as it takes 45 minuets to get anything but a black hot coffee! This store needs major improvement the new manager from roseville ran her old store this way too, you would think Starbucks could get a better one!

You ask for an iced coffee black and they put sugar in it, you come back the next day and ask for an iced coffee black with no sugar and they tell you, you don’t need to order without sugar just say black and it won’t come with sugar, so you come the third day in the ask for a iced coffee black and they put sugar in it. In the same occurrences I asked for a scone, it came heated, next day asked for it not heated and am told they are not heated, third day well I think u get it… I am eating a very tasty all be it heated scone. Pretty inconsistent, training is a little lacking I am thinking.

I love this Starbucks! The employees are always nice, especially Caron, Liz and Colleen. This location does get super busy but the staff always look happy to be there. My drink is always right too!

Came into get a drink and the guy who took my order Christian was amazing he hunted down the earl grey tea packet for me so I could get the latte for my mom. That’s the first I’ve had someone from this store do something helpful and nice. I’m amazed

This is a nice Starbucks, and it is located right next to GameStop, Super Cuts, GNC!!!
They have an interesting drive thru… it kind of wraps around the buildings, they can accommodate several cars during rush time and it is very easy to get out of the parking lot too without a hassle. There is a ton of parking, this shopping center is very big, it has Kobe Japanese restaurant, Marshall’s, TJ maxx and other places. They also have outdoor seating with shade umbrellas!
Even though I go to GameStop a lot, I actually prefer the Starbucks across the street located inside Target. Probably because I end up stopping there first off the Highway which is more convenient for me! One of the best things about Starbucks, especially in CA, I always seem to find them everywhere I go lol

I really like the staff here but like any business there is turn over of familiar faces. I’m no coffee connoisseur, but this place is pretty good. Drive through is cool but I prefer to go in if there is any sort of line. No complaints and I’m here a few times a week. If there is ever any sort of delay or mixup they have excellent customer service.

I like to think of myself as a very patient person, but when it comes to the drive through at this location make sure you have a good amount of time to wait!!! Even if you only have three cars in front of you, the wait can sometimes be longer than 20 min.!!

After visiting another drive-​thru Starbucks in Reno, I realize how slow this one really is. The staff is friendly but the drinks are sometimes inconsistent. A very convenient location.

Great venue. it’s not fairly busy for an early start coming in at 720am before the early risers grab their cup of Joe on their way to work. Namm sayinn. the baristas are very friendly and definitely treat you like a Gold Elite Member. :) #TrueStory

Love my morning crew at this store… but does anyone in management even read any of these reviews or tips!!! Not sure why this store has 2 registers when in all the times that I am here… which is pretty much everyday… regardless of how busy this place is… which is usually very… they never open both registers! I understand my drink won’t get made any faster… we all get that… but you won’t have a line full of people getting frustrated! Employees are always tasking: taking out trash, organizing merchandise… talking…when if they opened the other register the line would would be gone in 5 minutes flat… and then they could do all of that! In a customer service world… it’s best to service your customer! We pay your bills and wages! In my job we are to give 100% attention to our customers… something that this Starbucks in particular needs to learn and then do!!!

Crabby gal behind the counter today wouldn’t sell me a tea refill because I didn’t have my cup, even though she took my initial order and I was sitting there for like 3 hours working. Wow.
I go in 2 – 4 times a week to work and I order coffee and food. So you can keep your .50 cup of tea and I’ll take my business somewhere else cranky pants.

This is one of the most consistent Starbucks I have ever been to that offers bad tasting coffee drinks. Whether it is a frap on a hot day or a hot latte on a cold day, this location has never failed to maintain the same standard of awful-​tasting drinks. I’d rather drive out of my way for a Starbucks drink than go here again.

Even though I was bummed when I tried to order my usual Iced Hazelnut Macchiato & they were out. To my surprise when I received my backup Caramel Macchiato & it was stirred. The enjoyment of my first sip was pret. ty awesome. Didn’t have that usual rush of syrup through the straw lol. It’s def the little things:).
