Very friendly staff! Knowledgeable and curteous. Don’t think you know more then they do you don’t lol! They will steer you in the right direction and educate the shit out you! The only place I will buy games and all my Xbox needs!

Who is a big @ss nerd? Who is 30 something and still plays video games? Who hears things like «you still play video games»? THIS GUY!!! This is my goto place for gaming. Always super friendly customer service, always super clean and organized. I’ll trade in what I am done with and put that towards a new game. Always fun to sift through the clearance bin. But ya, it gets a lil bit nerdy in there. I LOVE IT!!!

Mike and Esa gave absolutely amazing customer service. They were extremely knowledgeable about the current trends and newest releases. I initially came in just to pick up a reserved Dragonball Xenoverse game for the PS4 because every single GameStop in Northern California seemed to be out of stock. Instead I left with not only that game, but a brand NEW Nintendo 3DS XL, a used Nintendogs game and a Tomodachi Life game for my new DS. They informed me about the NEW 3DS XL not coming with a charger but weren’t pushy about having me buy one. Again, they were extremely knowledgeable about what old chargers and games work and even mentioned experiences with severs other games I asked about. Overall, one of my best experiences at not only a game store, but a retail store in general. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a GameStop (and I’ve been shopping with them for over 10 years). 3 thumbs up.

Whenever I am in the area, I do try to stop here, so I have been here several times already! I love the location and the shopping center. Next to Starbucks, across from Target and more :)
I truly appreciate the Power up rewards, those come in handy, especially for the amount of money I spend!

Stopped in here today to pre order Battlefield 4. We’ve come here on a number of occasions and have always been satisfied with the level of service and assistance we’ve received.
Today, Ramon, was the associate who helped us. He has helped us before and I have to say he is so knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended that we sign up with the Game Stop membership, in which you get points added throughout the year and if you have enough points accumulated it can be used towards a game purchase. Also, if you pre order games that haven’t released, you can also make payments, almost like layaway. Good to know, especially if you have kids that are into games, they can put some of their allowance and pay when they can.
This store like a lot of other Game Stop is very well organized and has an endless amount of new and used games. We’ve sold a number of games here and we have purchased lots of the the used games. They have a great return policy on their used games also, I have purchased games before and they have always been great in letting us exchange the game for another one.
