Starbucks

This is the Starbucks closest to my house and I’ve been there numerous times (at least twice a month). I’m giving it 2 stars because 9 times out of 10 they do not have the promotional and/​or seasonal items the other Starbucks carry (as advertised on the Starbuck’s website). Frequently this Starbucks will have items listed on the drive thru menu board but when you place the order you are told they are temporarily out of the item or they don’t offer it altogether.
This morning I drove to this Starbucks location with plans to order my husband and I a Butterscotch Latte. Placed the order at the drive thru and was told «we don’t have it.» How come they don’t have it when all the other Lexington locations do have it? How come this Starbucks advertises savory folders (pepperoni, ham, and spinach) on their drive thru menu board, yet when you order you are lucky if they have 1 out of the 3 they supposedly offer? How come? It’s not that they sold out, because they shouldn’t sell out at 8:00 am in the freakin morning.
Could it be that management, or somebody at this Starbucks location, just isn’t on top of their game enough to keep in stock what is nationally advertised? Do they not realize how frustrating it is for a loyal customer to plan out their Starbucks breakfast, drive there, and then be informed «we’re out» of every single item you drove there for in the first place?
Step it up Starbucks on Winchester Road! And don’t even get me started on the Vermont Maple Walnut Muffin they also don’t have!!!

This location is my go to Starbucks on my way to work. The staff in drive through has always greeted me with a smile and asks how I am doing and have a nice day. Breakfast sandwiches are always great and hit the spot. This location is a popular store and drive thru line can get long but they get cars thru at a reasonable amount of time.

Cup felt light, should have checked it before walking out. We ordered a venti and was missing ¹⁄₃ of the drink. Probably got ripped off a dollar!

I will start by saying this… All Starbucks use the same coffees/​mixes/​teas, but not all Starbucks are created equally. This place is hit or miss for me to be honest. It takes great service and great product to make something consistent. Some days I get fast service with a perfect smiling barista, then others not so much. I have even gotten chocolate down the sides of my cup and my drink didn’t contain chocolate. WTF?
The inside is semi comfortable and is usually pretty clean. I’m still stuck on my earlier quote. Not all Starbucks are created equally.

Stick to the drive thru. The time before tonight, I went through the drive thru and got a a green tea with whipped topping. The green tea tasted like some sort of green leaf smoothie, spinach or something. It just didn’t taste right, but service was quick.
Fast forward to tonight… I decided to go inside. Service was horrible! The baristas were in a rush and catered to the drive thru, while we were standing there waiting for our order to be taken. Then the girl who made my ice water and salted Carmel Frappuccino. Yelled out «Salted car… blah, blah». Seriously! I was sitting right in front of the counter and I couldn’t understand exactly what it was that she yelled and rushed back to the drive thru. It turns out it was a mocha, not what I ordered, so I didn’t touch it, but I knew it was mine because we were the only ones inside awaiting our order. A few minutes later she replaced what was incorrect and made what correct. I must say that the salt was perfect and it had just the right amount of sweet and salty combined.
Don’t expect any fancy, cursive, personal touch written on your cup at this Starbucks. I felt like I was lucky to be waited on. Where’s your southern hospitality ladies?!
At least they have free wifi though. I had to pay for wifi in the Bahamas, so I’ll never take free wifi for granted again.

So… I love Starbucks. This Starbucks is just awesome! The workers here at just tip top! They are what make this a 5 star Starbucks!

This is a great and convenient location especially if heading out of town to the interstate. It’s also a quick stop if you are traveling on I-​75
It os consistently busy, but the drive thru is fast, without sacrificing drink quality.
The manager and partners here are great which always adds to the experience
The only con to this location is the parking lot set up, whoever built this complex didn’t think it through very well.

This is my go to Starbucks and today was no different. The weather was treacherous the last couple of days but the staff was as friendly as ever. The white chocolate mocha was made perfectly, as it always is from this location, and I got a great start to my day.

Say what you will about the evils of corporate chain coffee shops, but they’re consistently delish and fast. I’ll stop going to Starbucks when they close their drive thru and their employees stop being beyond helpful and friendly. Every. Single. Day. I would’ve gone 5 stars but even I have to admit everything is about 20% overpriced :) sorry guys!

All chains have their consistency. This location has the quickest drive through and super nice staff. They have always gotten my order correct. Plus they will even fresh grind a pound of coffee beans for you, even if you are in the drive through.
New food options are wonderful. Not cheap, but also not cheap ingredients. More flavor and filling than McDonald’s with a healthier menu overall. Food, cakes, treats, and wonderful coffees.

A nice Starbucks location for a Stop-​Grab a Coffee-​Go experience!

It’s Starbucks. What more can you say? It’s the most consistently overpriced coffee on planet earth yet I still seem to wind up here a couple times a week.
In regards to this particular location there a few things to know.
Free 56k speed wifi. Score!
It’s right near a Lowes and a Walmart. Makes for interesting people watching.
Traffic leaving the drive-​thru can be tricky.
If you park in Fedex’s spot prepare for a verbal tongue lashing.

This place is great ! Very attentive and they take the time to learn your name and order.

This location is incredible, super neat inside the way it is setup with high tops all over the place, the lighting is very neat here too. Friendlest staff at this location they are always friendly and smiling and ask how my day is going when I go in and they seem to genuinely care. Hats off to a great staff and great location.

This is really your typical StarBucks (sometimes I wonder if people find value in reviews for StarBucks /​Walmart /​Target etc;).
You come in here, you get pretty much an equal atmosphere to any other StarBucks in North America.
I stopped here on my way to Knoxville TN, and was not disappointed by the ‘pick me up’ beverage (since I was driving from Detroit MI).
Stop in, grab some coffee, stay awhile, the typical SB experience.

Excellent service and friendly employees
I enjoy going to this Starbucks because of the friendly employees who greet you with a smile and they are very nice. The store is always kept clean which is also a plus.

Early afternoon I was ready for some caffeine! I made my way over to here in our rental car and ordered my normal iced Grande triple shot latte with whole milk.
There were only three or four other customers in the place when I arrived — all seated and working away, so no wait.
Drink was strong and delicious! Got my brain cells firing again!

This is one busy Starbucks. They manage to do a good job though.
Clean, attractive interior with efficient staff; always dependable quality, good chi tea latte as well as coffees and hot chocolate; but food offerings very commercial in quality
