Breakfast with my wife, son, and daughter-in-law; very pleasant server; tasty food, delivered in short order. Décor is bright, clean, and well done.

If there was a way to rate 0 stars I would. Did not remember having this account… Got online fully intending to sign up JUST to leave this place a review. My wife and I are not feeling well, had to work anyway and wanted some of Bob Evans excellent soups(soup is hard to mess up and recipes are not developed at local branches or I am sure it would suck coming from this location)… I called because my wife left her credit card at home by mistake… Only to find out that they don’t take credit cards over the phone and if I wanted any service I would have to drive 20 miles in the wrong direction just to show them my card. Staff had ZERO interest in helping me even after I explained the situation and failed to mention they have online ordering that DOES support paying with a card. Soup is great. Customer service needs MAJOR work.

Okay first off, it’s Bob Evans. It’s not some high end restaurant. So knowing this, it was great given those parameters. Food was hot, fresh, quick. Service was nice and friendly. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean.

Last 3 times my wife has ordered online she gets to curbside n calls n says didn’t get order. She is out of town n I decided to try myself n guess what– same damn thing– then guy says don’t know never heard of this issue. It takes a lot for me to complain n post review, but this restaurant I recommend going in or just choosing somewhere else. Terrible. N my special needs son n I just waiting in car.

My dad insisted that Bob Evans has the best chef salad around, and because I sometimes listen to what my dad says, I decided to grab a salad here on a Saturday before home improvement goods shopping. It’s conveniently located just off of the interstate, in the Hamburg area. It’s in the same clustered area as a few hotels, Hustler and Cracker Barrel. The menu and the patrons reminded me of those from Cracker Barrel. With lots of breakfast and sandwich options, it was almost difficult for me to stick with my initial plan. I did it! I was torn between the Cobb and chef, but I decided on the chef salad. As I ordered Lindsey, our awesome waitress asked what kind of bread I would like. I must’ve had an indecisive look about my decision on the plain dinner rolls because she ended up bringing almost all of the bread options… rolls, banana nut, blueberry, and strawberry breads. Who knew that bread was so plentiful at Bob Evans? Not even my dad, the regular knew that. Did I mention that Lindsey was awesome? The salad really wasn’t much to write home about though. I ate my husband’s baked potato which was a tad brown around the peeling, which indicated that it was a bit overlooked. I ended up taking half of the salad to go and ate it for dinner too. Overall it’s not a bad place, but I still think that my franchise loving dad needs to get out more.

Perfectly good Bob Evans. Kinda like every other Bob Evans I’ve ever been to — clean, decent service, and good(strong) coffee.

Bob Evans is pretty good if you are looking for an affordable restaurant for the family. They have one of the better children’s menu I have seen. they serve breakfast all day. At lunch time they have menu with reduced prices. they food itself is pretty good. They offer some homestyle type meals, Of course this is not one of your fine dining restaurants but the food is pretty decent and for a family on a budget, it is a fairly good deal. They also offer a good variety of meals to choose from.
