I come here just about every morning and the barista’s are fast and friendly. I’ve never waited in line for more than a few minutes.

Came here because I had a free drink coupon but for some reason it didn’t seem to register in the system. However, The barista in front(I believe here name was Becky) still honored the coupon and I got my drink. However there was an issue, I had ordered a passion tea lemonade but the Barista told me they had just ran out of lemonade, but she suggested me to try it out with cool lime instead and it was even better than the lemonade. Both staff members were extremely nice and enthusiastic! I’ll cry back just for their service!

Second. Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. I once waited 15 minutes for a skinny mocha when I was one of five patrons in the store. Another time I waited 10 minutes. It is not possible to «quickly stop in for a coffee» on your way to work because you will lose very valuable time. Coffee was inconsistent, sometimes super hot and sometimes lukewarm. Service was friendly but damn, speed up the service for crying out loud. Also, no drive-thru which totally blows.

I love Starbucks and I am a loyal customer through out the world due to my travels, recently I relocated to the DFW are and I live a few minutes away from this location, the coffee at times is great and other types tastes like it is diluted with hot water. the customer is always good. I just wished that the coffee i get is consistent ALL the time.

Birds, Birds everywhere in the parking lot. Beware of Bird crap on your car. Please do not feed the birds, otherwise beware. Customer service here is good, just wished the black birds weren’t flying every where.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks? But I know all you want out of Starbucks nowadays is reliable drinks, correct orders, efficient service, and a place to sit and relax if needed(ANDSPELLYOURNAMESRIGHT hahaa) This location is one of the best at doing all of the above. The staffs are super nice and friendly. They keep inside nice and clean all the time. I’m so happy to find such a quality place in my neighborhood.

The one thing that drives me nuts is their internet connection is terrible. On laptops, tablets and smart phones I find myself wanting to leave after 10 minutes.

I know that they are expensive but for whatever reason we still indulge. I have pondered before wether to eat or buy a green tea frappacino and Starbucks has been my lunch. I think they sprinkle crack in it how else do you explain searching through your loose change just to come up with $ 4.06 just to get a tall. The struggle.

The people are friendly, and they’ve always gotten my order right. I have no issue with the quality or the people, but every time I’m there I have to wait about 10 minutes to get my coffee. I have to leave early for work to go here when I want coffee because it’s the only one on my way. Like I said, great people, just the slowest Starbuck’s I’ve ever been to.

I am a long time fan but I am really getting tired of locations not accepting coupons because their registers don’t support the codes nor the app. It is not fair to the buying consumer. Starbucks is a high marginal profit company/franchise, get it together.

This location is much smaller than the average Starbucks I’ve grown accustomed to. The baristas are quick and efficient. It’s a good place to catch up with some friends, but with the lack of decent sized tables you’re going to find it hard to do anything else other than that.

I figured out the secret and thought I would update anyone who is a fan of the chai tea latte. Don’t let them add water! In my opinion, it’s much better without water. Most Starbucks that I have been to do not typically put water in the chai latte, but this location does.

I give three stars not because the people working there aren’t friendly or that my drink wasn’t made wonderfully, but that they closed super early. We were actually kicked out of Starbucks at 10 p.m. I guess you know you’re not in Dallas anymore when you get kicked out at 10 p.m. of a coffee shop. Large location, so great for meeting a small group. Small espresso bar, so I imagine the mornings may be a little slow.
