Coffee Holic is a nice, clean place; the food and drinks are pretty yummy. It’s a quieter place to study than Starbucks or Panera. I am surprised, though, that a place which advertises itself as Christian plays music over the sound system that is laced with serious profanity(f-word, etc.). Some chairs that are more comfortable would be nice, too.

On my way back home from work, I was looking for a coffee shop to have a drink. I Unilocaled like most people would do(I hope) and found this place in Lewisville off highway 121 business. The rating was great, so I decided to give it a try. It was early in the evening, so there were only a few people in the shop studying. They all looked like high school or college students and young adult. The interior looked very spacious and comfortable. The wood tables were not crowded at all. In the center, there were three dark brown sofa chairs, which looked shinny and clean. The walls were partially tiled with dark wooden boards. The floor was also tiled with light gray color, matching the wall color pretty well. I didn’t order much, just a hot green tea soy latte. The drink was quite creamy and smooth, nothing spectacular though. It would taste better if the temperature was a bit hotter to bring out the green tea flavor. From the pictures in the reviews, they have really good appetizing home-made pastries. If I come again, I will definitely try some. In case you don’t know, this is a Christian coffee shop, run by Korean people. The baristas look Asian. If you hear them talk, you may find they converse in an Asian language. You can also see the wall decorations, like«ALL I NEEDIS A BITOFCOFFEEAND A WHOLELOT of JESUS». So you can tell once you see it. Anyway, it is a very nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. If you want to try a coffee shop other than Starbucks, this is a good option.

I usually don’t review — but this place is really great. Plenty of space to work in, Wifi, great drinks, cozy. If you typically like camping out in a coffeeshop to do work — come here. Starbucks is nice too but it’s always a crapshoot with space. This place is homey, there are plenty of outlets, plenty of space to work and they have bulgogi sandwiches

It’s too dark in there except for the seats next to window. The seats and tables are really light and slide. I asked the person who worked there what blend of drip coffee was being served and he wouldn’t tell me and pretended to not understand my question. I asked is it Folger’s coffee or Community coffee, etc but he wouldn’t tell me.

The coffee is pretty good. I got some macaroons which were also good. The peanut butter jelly was my favorite.

I was reluctant to study somewhere other than Starbucks now I don’t know if would go back! This place has great drinks, but sadly I didn’t order any food on this trip! This is a must try!

Here’s your Christian coffee shop! If in doubt, just check out the wall. And the service speaks to this truth as well. So friendly and patient with us new customers. We went in for our first time this weekend. It was very quiet but that could be because it was Thanksgiving weekend. Sparkling clean. Clean restrooms. Plenty of cozy cubby holes and corners and chairs to come and pass a few hours working, studying or just contemplating life. Festively decorated for Christmas in a most traditional way though the store décor theme is oh-so-modern and cool! Temperature was comfy warm for a cold, rainy day. I had the caramel macchiato. Very smooth taste and made in a flash. Prices are very affordable. Enjoyed a friendly chat with some regulars who welcomed us, Heather and Aaron. They have sandwiches which I can’t wait to try but Heather said were really good. Overall a great place I look forward to spending more time in.

Knowing that there is a new little coffee shop near to my place I am really glad! First time I stopped here and I wanted to try their zebra coffee. It was really good, not too bitter nor too sweet! Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is pretty clean, good place to study and hang out with friends definitely. It is really quiet. Though there aren’t any comfy couches and instead there are more tables and normal chairs. It’s a typical Korean coffee shop, free wifi, small variety of pastries, Macarons, cakes, some juices, and sparkling water. They have sandwiches, such as Bulgogi and chicken. They also have Korean style waffles and honey toast(my favorite). Service is outstanding and fast. The staffs are always friendly. Definitely worth a try!

So excited I found this place! I don’t like chain coffee shops(Starbucks cough) but I thought that was all we had out here in burbs. This place makes me so happy! It’s spacious, good atmosphere, nice helpful barista! I got a macaroon and it was delicious! One of the best I’ve had and huge! At a great price! I can’t speak to the coffee because I’m a tea drinker but I will for sure be coming here a lot. It’s a great place to study and I can’t wait to try their other baked goods!

Perfect location — 1min from my house It’s a good place to study with free wifi, lots of tables, and quiet atmosphere. Their shrimp sandwich was pretty good and so was their oreo frappucino. The portion was big for both. Oreo frappucino really just tastes like oreos. Frozen oreos? Nevertheless it was good. The zebra mocha on the other hand was too sweet for me. I had medium size and I couldn’t finish it because it was too sweet. I will probably get something else next time.

I heard about this place from a couple of friends who said they enjoyed their afternoon coffee here. I had a huge project so I decided to stop by and get some work done with some coffee. When I went inside I was pleased with the soothing atmosphere and the nice aroma of the place, I knew I was gonna get a lot of work done there. The problem I had was without doubt the coffee. I ordered a Macchiato with soy milk but I got a Latte instead. I’m not one to really complain so I just decided to drink the iced latte. Well, I took one sip and was quite shocked with how sweet it was. This one sip gave me a headache because of the sheer amount of sugar rushing through my body. It was so sweet to the point I ordered a glass of water to balance it out in my tumblr, but it was still too sweet. I’m really not high maintenance with my coffee, but this was pretty unforgivable. I really wanted to like this place because of the good vibes and the friendly staff, but that latte was unbearable. I’ll be back though to give this place another try, and probably just stick to an Americano next time. Will check back in and review my second experience!

This place is perfect for studying/working. It’s extremely spacious, there are tons of nice sized table, plenty of seating, and outlets! It has a super chill vibe. They have bulgogi, chicken, and shrimp sandwiches, pastries, and desserts if you get hungry. I ordered the chocolate honeybread and its huge. There was way too much whip cream, but I still liked it. I also got the iced yuzu tea, which is basically honey citron tea. It is a little on the expensive side here, but I feel like it’s worth it if you stay here to focus and do some work.

This is one of those coffee shops that I’ll stop by just to get a drink, even if I’m not studying; their Oreo frap is just THAT good. The workers are all super nice and they home make their pastries! They use the Perka rewards program and how that works is, you first need to download the Perka app on your phone. After you order your drink you«check in» on your app and they’ll receive the request on their tablet/cash register and accept you and you’ll get a stamp. I believe after your 10th drink you’ll receive a free drink. If you like frappuccinos I recommend Oreo, it taste like a liquid Oreo and it’s topped with whipped cream. I would like to try other drinks off their menu but I can never get myself to order any other drink than the oreo frappuccino. The wifi is slow, but the atmosphere is nice.

This place was awesome. It is the ideal place to meet and talk, read, solo chill out or even get some work done. Its nothing like a Starbucks meaning the atmosphere is calm(Everyone is buzzing at Starbucks), quite and soothing. Everyone who came in had respect for the volume by using library voices and the music played was instrumental and chill. Another thing was table placing it was very open and you don’t feel crammed you can find a quaint spot all your own. ASFORTHECOFFEE: We ordered an oreo frap and a hot skinny vanilla latte. They were horrible. Oreo Frap was not sweet at all and the SVL was very bland just tasted like hot skim milk. As we sat there I realized everyone was only ordering the 100% fresh fruit smoothies(Note to self next time)! The CAKE was spongy and dry but the crème topping and filling was good(That is what everyone likes lol). ALLINALL: I’ll be going back but only for the cool seating and fresh smoothies. Toodles!

I’ve been in twice so far. Had the Zebra mocha both times and it was really good! I love that they don’t charge extra for soy milk because I’m lactose intolerance. I didn’t choose this life, it chose me. I always have to pay extra for soy milk at other coffee shops. Either choose to throw up after drinking lactose milk or pay the extra. Not charging for soy milk is great customer service in my opinion. They attend to their customer needs! I also got their regular sugar cookies the first time and that was fresh. It wasn’t too sweet and just perfect! The zebra mocha isn’t as sweet either but the soy milk will make it sweet.

Love the atmosphere here. The music isn’t blasting and it’s a very calm serene café! I ordered the zebra mocha with soy because everyone here has been raving about it. My mom got the green tea latte and loved it too. The zebra mocha isn’t too sweet as others have said so I was happy with it. I wanted a muffin and got the blueberry one. They had a few sandwiches, chocolate chip muffins, and croissants. My mom wanted something like a yogurt parfait or fruit with cottage cheese and they unfortunately didn’t have anything like that. The only upsetting thing was that they had fruit and couldn’t make my mom just a plate of fruit after I had asked that. Otherwise the place is great for coffee and my muffin was really good and I could tell was freshly made. I would only suggest to have more options for food or at least be accommodating if a customer is requesting an item which you clearly have the ingredients for. I will definitely come back here for another cup of coffee when I am in town again!

So finally after driving past here time and time again, it finally opened and I got to go in and try it. There were 2 people who greeted me with a smile. They recommended the zebra mocha, which is mix of white mocha and café mocha and then 2 macaroons(who doesn’t love macaroons and coffee). They made the drink and because I wasn’t sure if I’d like the white mocha part, the girl said before she even handed me the drink«if you don’t like it I’d be happy to make you something else.» Then we got to talking about their macaroons and their pastries. The girl that was there apparently makes them all in house and daily. I got a strawberry and chocolate macaroon; holy moly, if I could eat them by the dozen I would. The strawberry was fantastic, it was fresh and light. The chocolate one is still on the counter waiting to be eaten :) I can’t wait to go back and would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve only came here once, but I am INLOVE! Finally a cool coffee place that is close to where I live AND has bingsu! I haven’t gotten around to trying that yet but I definitely will when I return! I got the zebra mocha and it was delicious! It had a good amount of sweetness but you can still taste the coffee. As I was sitting inside enjoying my drink, I thought to myself that this place would be a GREAT place to study or hang out at night. And if I could, I would want to study here all the time because not only do they serve great coffee and other drinks, but they also serve food too. I ordered a chocolate waffle, which is a good snack for those with a sweet tooth! So glad I found this place while driving through Lewisville because it is such a gem! I hope it becomes more popular.

My NEW favorite Café! I love going to Cafes, especially small privately owned ones. This Café reminded me of the ones in Korea where I would study, read and meet people! I would literally spend hours and hours and miss them very much. I ordered a latte on their grand opening Day, and was pretty sure they did NOT have soy milk, not only did they HAVE soy milk, they also have ALMONDMILK! It’s a dream come true. Excellent café, layout and presentation Excellent SERVICE(everyone smiling!) Excellent options(soy, almond and desserts and pastrys) Excellent FREEWIFI! Excellent coffee(they have those über-expensive espresso machines, worth EVERY penny!) I will be back, over and over again. I think my sister went 3 days in a row?

Came here after seeing it on my friend’s instagram. Really spacious and clean! We were immediately greeted once we pass through the door by three workers. We were informed that today was their grand opening and that all drinks were only $ 3! So my friend got an iced mocha while I got the shirley temple mocktail. Along with a strawberry honeytoast to share between us. The drinks came out fast. As soon as we decided on a table to sit, they were calling us over to grab them. The shirley temple was the soda sprite with strawberry tea, I believe, with a mint plant on top. My friend’s mocha tasted exactly like starbucks coffee so she was definitely fond of that for she was a starbucks fan. The honey toast was delivered to our table and the presentation for it was incredibly pretty!~ I was fooled however! I thought it was whipped cream but it was cream cheese instead. I should have know that it would be cream cheese since its pretty common on honeytoast. So I didn’t exactly finished it, but that was due to my own personal taste. I am not fond of cream cheese whatsoever. So I had to have my friend finished it off for me. The workers was incredibly nice though. One came over to us asking for our opinion about the toast since it was their first time making it. She was asking if there was anything we didn’t like about it, something we should change, or something that they were doing right. I gave them points on presentation and my friend gave thumbs up on the amount of cream they provided. Overall it was a nice dish. Definitely wanting to come back here if I’m ever back in Lewisville since I live 20 miles away :~:
