I’m Starbuck lover so I have a starbuck almost everyday. Whatever location is convenient for me… meant I have been to many places but this one is no joke .the employees here’s so meant and the way they talk to you wow… but other than that I like it.

I come to this store every morning, so I have a long list of order experiences… inside, order ahead, and mostly at the drive through… from which to speak. It is a very popular location, especially at morning drive time. Lines are long, with cars sometimes wrapping the building. But something has changed. The normally fast (5 min. order to drive off) service is tortoise slow… plan on waiting 15 – 20 minutes. The drive through is particularly lethargic. If you’re not staying to chill and visit, do yourself a favor… order ahead and walk in. That’s the only way you stand a chance of maintaining a reasonable morning pace.

Never printed out a label. When we told them they continued to fill other orders. Finally asked to cancel after 20 mins and they said sorry people were ahead of you. Rude staff and didn’t care.

Very hit or miss. Coffee good, but not always the right order. Had to return 2 of my drinks, because they were wrong, nothing fancy (gave me a coffee instead of hot chocolate etc) And last time I came in, people in front of me had the same problem.
Drive thru is a plus, but can be a troublesome if you are waiting for 25 – 30, and can’t leave. Definitely need more people to work, poor employees are worked to the MAX and drinks take forever sometimes.

This has to be the slowest coffee shop EVER! I JUST WAITED almost 10 minutes in line just to be told they are out of the bacon Gouda sandwiches!!! That is very poor service.

This Starbucks can get soooo busy in the mornings but they have finally updated their speaker system that has helped with ordering and speedy service it seems like that. Initially they could never hear me properly with the systems but now they have finally fixed it! Yay!

So when I came to this Starbucks, I recently had become a non-plebeian «gold status». These folks were nice enough to educate my peasant self and tell me how to utilize all the benefits of being a gold status.
They were patient enough to explain how to get refills (which apparently you got a plebeian «green level» status). Clearly I don’t know what the heck I’m doing at Starbucks but anyway. The place is nice and the parking is fine, but if you come right around noon on Sunday the parking situation might get difficult because all the people are going to steak and shake for post church lunch.
The only reason we didn’t hit 5 stars with these folks was because we saw multiple tables that hadn’t been cleaned off. Otherwise the folks here are really nice and they greeted me as soon as I came in. Overall, good experience. No hate here.

I’ve been a regular so many days of the week, I’m embarrassed to mention it.
Their staff are exceptional, with poise and sincerity, I’m astounded each time I visit. Did I mention their drinks are on point every time, and the foods is consistent? They are. Visit NOW!

I love the friendliness of the staff. They always have a smile and are very cheery. I’m never unsatisfied with my purchase or experience.
I wish they would do a better job with clearly diffining the drive thru lane. To me its pretty obvious, but there are always 2 – 3 people that can seem to realize they just cut in front of 4 – 5 people.
I haven’t had my coffee yet, now is not the time to be a jerk.

I frequent this location more since it’s right across from my office. Super friendly staff and very fast service. I am now an avid mobile user so it’s even easier to pick up my order when I am in a hurry. They spilled coffee on my green tea frappé… it’s ok, I forgive them this time.

Friendly staffs at this location. They always help you pick out exactly what you want.
Their menu also contains diverse prices, so you can always order something within your budget. I must also admit that I am impressed by their baked good section because it is the most appealing and well-stocked one I have ever seen. I LOVE their chocolate chunk cookies to be honest!
Overall, an amazing coffee shop closed to my place for studying and getting your fix of caffeine! Academic heaven!

This location is right off of 35 and 121 with easy access on and off the highway. The service here is fast and friendly. Have used this location for drive-thru as well as doing some work inside and using their free Wi-Fi. The store is a decent size and I can usually find a table when I need to power up my laptop and just get some work done.
