I bought my house Jan 2015. This company did the termite fumigation prior to me getting the house. Dec 2015 I found termites in my house.
I was afraid I was going to have to fight tooth and nail to get this company to come out and fumigate on their own dime. Yes it’s under their warranty, but for anyone that’s dealt with companies and warranties knows, companies usually try and weasel out of it.
Not this company. There was no fight at all. They came and saw some termites and did the fumigation at no cost to me.
It was nice to deal with a company that honors their warranty and is focused with customer satisfaction.

If you want to hire a company that makes excuses then this is NOT your company. This company actually honors their warranty and fulfills the promise they made to you. Raul, the owner, needed to send a technician back out 6 months and 1 year later. Wow, I wish I could hire them to do plumbing, electrical, etc. They really stand behind their work and their report. I don’t know the owner and never meet him. Just wanted to write a review after relying on them to honor their warranty not once but twice. I will definitely use them and only them on my next house purchase.

The Termite Inspector Company is the most honest company I have worked for.
Other Termite companies will over charge you even though we will all use Vikane gas.
I have seen recent bids for other termite companies, they not only double charge you they triple charge you.
The Termite Inspector works with highly accredited investors, such as CT Homes from the show Flip This House and RBD Ventures.
If you ever need a recommendation please call CT Homes.

We needed termite damage repair done very quickly so it would dovetail with another scheduled project. They actually moved some things around, getting to us a day earlier than we’d requested. Omar did an excellent job and was very skilled at removing and replacing a major facia board. I still don’t know how he did it all by himself. We’re happy with the work, and glad we went with them.

Very competitive pricing, very professional staff and very accommodating. Plus, there was a coupon on the BBB website!
We recently needed a termite inspection due to refinancing our house. Sandra in the office was so helpful and did everything she could to get it scheduled ASAP. When Raul came out for the inspection, he was friendly, professional and efficient. We received our inspection report within hours! Then, when the bank said they needed an invoice (in what appeared to be an afterthought!), Sandra e-​mailed one to me within minutes.
I’m completely satisfied with our experience with The Termite Inspector Company!
