Urban Mattress

Love LOVE this mattress store! We were in desperate need of a new mattress. From the small amount of online research I had done all of the main mattress stores carry the same brands for the same price. Then saw this store on Unilocal and knew we needed to check it out. Nathaniel, the owner, was there and was very friendly and patient as we had our twin babies with us. He only showed us beds in our budget. We wanted to sleep on it so Nathaniel emailed us a quote with the beds we were looking at and said to let him know if we had any questions. No pressure or tactics whatsoever. We went back a few days later and Kyle helped us order our new bed. Two days later our bed was delivered on time by two very courteous gentlemen. Icing on the cake? My wife and I are from Colorado and have a lot of friends and family there still. After going to a few different mattress stores and trying out a variety of different mattress types, we had heard good things about Urban Mattress, which started in Colorado and has now expanded to Virginia. We went to there just a few weeks after this location opened. We worked directly with Nathaniel, the owner of this branch, and had a great, very low-​pressure and laid back experience. We came back a couple times and slept on it before making the purchase and never felt any pressure to buy now or risk losing a discount or anything that we had seen elsewhere.
We bought one of the Dunlopillo mattresses that they carry and have been very happy with it and the price we got it for. The delivery was quick and they hauled away our old mattress. In the almost 5 months we’ve been sleeping on it, it has held up great and we haven’t noticed any sagging and we really love the memory foam top compared to our old mattress! We would definitely shop here again.
