This Starbucks is always dirty and the service so slow. There seems to always be a line and you know it’ll be a while, hopefully you’re not in a hurry.

2nd best starbucks in area next to one in my office complex in pipeline plaza. great little fireplace in middle with comfy chairs and plenty of space to spread out and study. great coffee and lattes and excellent barristas.

I’ve been here several times and the service is always soooooooo slow. The last time, I did a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived, knowing it would take too long to wait in line. When I got there, not only had the order not been made, they didn’t even see that it had come in because «they don’t check mobile orders.» Even when they are not busy, they move at a snail’s pace. Avoid this Starbucks if you can.

Nice morning crew here. Smiles and quick service. Also much appreciated apologies and a small gift card for mistakes. The crew here is all different from the last time I came on a regular basis (probably almost 2 years ago) and they all seem to be great additions. Really good customer service.
It’s a bummer when they run out of cake pops in the evening when my kid likes to get one for dessert, but this place can get insanely crowded at times.

I work in the public safety sector and whenever we’re on duty, this starbucks sometimes gives us drinks for free. It’s great to see this business support their local public safety employees!
