Customer service was okay — Brian was nice and personable so that’s why I gave them the 2 stars… yeah. The hookah didn’t smoke properly, had to ask for two coals on the head to actually produce an enjoyable amount of smoke, and the server told me that we were limited to three coals per session. Like really? I have NEVER heard of that one before. I’ve been to places that charge 3 bucks for a bottle water but even this was beyond it. The hookah left us groggy and sluggish and we were forcing ourselves to enjoy it. I have my own sheesha and know enough about hookah to know when it’s done right. To add insult to injury they charge around 18 – 19 dollars for a hookah. Drive 5 miles down route 7 and you’ll find Sahara or Moes(by regal) which charge 10 – 15 per hookah and Sahara sometimes uses the coconut husk, natural coals which elevate the experience that much more.

I hated the old place with the old feel to it, also who wants his sushi next to bagels and coffee. However, the way it is now, makes a lot of sense. Coffee and hookah is a better combo. I am a heavy hookah smoker and this place got it right(no low quality tobacco and cheap coals like the places down in NoVa). I loved the new color schemes and atmosphere, a welcome addition to a blunt and boring shopping center.

Came back in here today & the hookah was much better! They re-arranged their set-up & the shisha wall looks great. Service was wonderful, environment is still awesome… must visit for hookah!
