I have had good and bad experiences. I bought a great queen sleigh bed set about 5 years ago for $ 1000 for three pieces which was a deal. I’m sure it was pine stained cherry but I didn’t care.
Then I bought a large sectional for about $ 1100 and they said that it was protected with water guard protection plan and when I got it the dogs mucked it up and when i called it wasn’t sprayed as they told. I wanted a refund for the protection plan but they said no and offered to have someone come out and clean the sofa. I’m not taking off work or waiting during the window times. So I complained and told them that they can’t sell and item advertised as something it’s not.
