I don’t usually feel compelled to review chains unless there was exceptionally good or exceptionally bad service. This one is the former. This location is relatively new and looks renovated and clean. The manager on duty when I visited was SO sweet and attentive that it really stood out to me enough for me to write a review. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she was so amazing and I wanted to recognize her for her service. In terms of food, its pretty standard Dairy Queen food. Odds are that if you’re eating at a Dairy Queen you know what you’re getting into. Fast food is fast food.

STAYAWAY! RUDESTAFF! They tried to serve us «saved ice cream» from their freezer! I requested a fresh blizzard made but the rude staff argued with me that I was being unreasonable. I said I paid for soft served ice cream and I dont know how long this«premade» blizzard has been sitting there! The one lady rolled her eyes and started to slam stuff. I will NOT be returning and telling everyone about my experience. O and dont use your credit card there, their system was hacked for credit card numbers!

This place is great, usually very crowded but it’s worth it. They walk the food to your table and the place is clean with supplies always stocked.

The service is awful. The cashier, who has been here for a long time is slow and incompetent. Everyone has bad days but this one is like this every time we come. Not sure how or why she keeps her job!

As for the corporation, three words have made my day: Five Buck Lunch! When I first saw the sign, I figured that it would be a tiny burger in a basket with some french fries. I was beyond delighted to see that they had a chicken strips option, that came with fries, a drink, and a small sundae. Really, it’s a great bang for your buck. Regarding this particular location, it was very clean. And despite having a constant line of customers the girl working the register was knowledgeable and friendly. I believe this is the first DQ I have ever seen that actually walks the food over to you. I have always liked DQ, but it was always kind of a rare outing for me. After today I think I’ll be there more often.

My husband was lamenting that there was no soft serve ice cream anywhere in Leesburg, but he was delighted when I told him that there was a Dairy Queen off of Battlefield. We only tried the soft serve cones(chocolate dipped) but the place was spotless, service was quick, and they even bring your order to your table. Everything was great!

My first venture to a Dairy Queen… ever. I don’t know what there is to complain about! We only had dessert but they were delicious in every way and inexpensive as well. Restaurant itself could have been a little cleaner and the bathrooms were pretty nasty — would really like to see them stay on top of that so I won’t freak out bringing my toddler who is newly potty trained. Otherwise, a very good experience.

They should serve dry cleaning gift certificates with their food. It smells of oil in cooking stuff in there so bad like they don’t turn on the fans. The food was okay but Chintzy portions for what you pay. We skip the ice cream after our food because it smelled so bad. I had to drive home with the windows down and head straight home to shower and wash all my clothes. I will never return to the stench unless they get a drive through and I have a craving for a Blizzard!

This DQ is great! It’s clean, the staff is very friendly, you place your order, they give you a number, and then have a seat because they bring you your food. And I haven’t had an incorrect order yet from them yet. It’s your normal DQ food and treats.

Better than average Dairy Queen. Brand new location in Leesburg. Easy to miss, but its next to Phở Royal in the Fort Evans Shopping Center. Same favorites as when we were kids, plus the grill makes great sandwiches.
